       Thinking of the events that had happened two nights before, did nothing to soothe Adelynn's nerves as she sit in her office staring at the screen of her laptop, blankly. She had run into her boss earlier and had awkwardly greeted him. He hadn't said anything either and she was grateful for that. She wouldn't have known what to say to him if he'd decided to strike a conversation with her. She let out a sigh and squeezed her eyes shut, trying to get rid of the image of Jensen kissing her, from her mind. It was no use. It kept replaying over and over again in her mind.          The persistent ringing of Dominic's Android phone awoke him from his slumber. Squinting at the rays of the morning sunlight pouring through the half open window blinds of his study, he sat up. He was terribly hungover. Moreso, his mind was hazy. He blinked several times to get rid of the blurriness of his vision. Rubbing a palm over his face, he picked up his ringing phone.
