Tristan didn’t return home last night and neither was he home this morning.  I had packed my bags for the so-called honeymoon but still no sign of him. Despite my numerous calls, no response.  “Where is Tristan?” I asked a random man who suddenly approached me.  “I have no idea.” “Gosh, I've been trying to call him since yesterday but no response. What’s going on?”  “I really have no idea. I was only told to drive you to the airport. He said you shouldn’t be late.”  I let out a heavy sigh. “Please pack my bags.”  “Of course, I will.” He bowed politely. I left for our room to give him and another man my bags then locked the door after they left, stripped my clothes off then got into a long black rhine

My chest was burning with excitement from simply hugging him, it felt like I had an entire world of joy in my arms, like I had achieved a world goal.  “What are you doing?” The vibration of his deep and husky voice against my chest caused me to flinch.  He gently pushed me from him, looking confused. “What was that?” “You don’t know what a hug means?” “What was that for?” "Tristan.... I'm really confused, I don’t know where to begin.”  “Why did you just hug me?” He frowned again, walking towards the bed and

“Good morning.” I greeted Tristan who was typing away on his laptop. Of course he didn’t respond to me so I walked away, grabbed a nice and comfy dress to wear.  “Wear something else.” Tristan’s deep voice said from behind me. I turned to him but he was still staring at his laptop’s screen.  “Why?”  “We’ll have to attend a party, it’s business-related. So we're going to buy new clothes today, for you to wear to the party. Be ready in twenty minutes.” “I’m sorry about reading your diary last night but I think we have to resolve this misunderstanding.&rdqu

~ HAZEL ~ “Hi, Charlotte.” I grinned.  “Hey, how’s everything now? Have you resolved your misunderstandings yet? Should I get ready to be an Aunt?”  “An Aunt?” I burst into laughter.  “Yes, you and Tristan’s babies.” I heard her laugh too from the other end of the line.   “Tristan still insists on not loving me. He won’t let us resolve our differences. We are in an extremely beautiful beach house now and we’ll be here for 2 days.” “That’s great, Tristan loves swimming. Don’t worry, everything will be fine. It’ll take a while for him to accept his feelings for you again but it’ll be fine, just don’t give up on him. I’m so glad you have feelings for him too.”

~ TRISTAN ~ “Has she arrived at the hotel yet?”  “Yes, sir.” Rob said with a polite bow of his head, taking his leave.  I heaved a sigh of relief that she had agreed to return. It was so stupid of me to have angrily left her and returned then ask someone to bring her here. Sleep had felt so difficult last night because my mind kept racing through the words I had said to her. Of course I didn’t mean any of them and didn’t intend to say them but I had to. I was starting to get too close to her and I didn’t want that at all.  I got out of the car, walked into the hotel and used an elevator to convey me to our hotel room floor.  I was starting to think I was being excessively mean to her and though I didn’t want it to, it was hurti

~ HAZEL ~ I had come to the realization that I couldn’t force Tristan to love me. If he claimed he felt nothing for me and could say such mean words to me like I had no emotions, like I was a useless piece of trash, then it was going to be so stupid to force myself into this.  If he wasn’t going to apologize or still insisted that he wasn’t interested in loving me then I was definitely not going to bother him anymore, I wasn’t going to be desperate for his so-called “love”.  He had to know what it felt like to be ignored, to be insulted. If after everything, he still wasn’t going to apologize or change then I was going to give up, I was going to ignore Charlotte and Kye’s advice to bear with him.

~ TRISTAN ~ Thanks to excessive work I had bombarded myself with to stop myself from going crazy— craziness from Hazel, else I would’ve been dead from frustration.   It had been a whole damn week but she was still so cold and annoying towards me, always ignoring me, not responding to me or anything. So frustrating!!! She walked into the hotel, coming from nowhere I knew of. She was always going out without my consent. I didn’t bother to stalk her for her privacy but she was taking things too far and it had to stop. It was almost midnight and she was just arriving.  Constantly raising my head from my laptop to stare at her, I noticed she was arranging her clothes into the travel bag.  “Where have you been?” I gathered enough courage to ask her. I had never been hesitant to talk to anyone in my life

“I’ve never felt this relieved and great to apologize to someone.” Tristan said, shutting the door to the hotel room and switched the lights on.  “I’m glad you shared your pain with me. You’ve been holding onto it for way too long. She’s probably happy with someone else, and has a good baby while you still hold on to the past.” I turned to him.  He stared at me poker-faced for a few seconds then chuckled, walking to the bed.  “Where were you? I was worried.”  “Just roaming around, going to different clubs— a lot of men flirted with me, some of them were really hot.” I smiled.  A frown formed on his face but he didn’t say anything, only taking out our pajamas from the wardrobe, throwing mine to me.  “You should have a bath, I’ll order d

“I hope you aren’t forgetting anything.” Tristan asked.  “No. I don’t think so…” I scanned the entire hotel room but it didn’t seem like anything here belonged to me anymore. “Are you sure?” “I think so. And you aren’t forgetting anything too?”  “I’m Tristan, I don’t forget things at a hotel room— well, except one day I forgot a woman I was supposed to hook up with at a hotel room.” “Are you serious?” I laughed out loud.  “Yes, and it’s all your fault. Let’s go.” He intertwined our fingers, leading me out of the hotel room.  “How is it my fault?” I wondered.  “It was during my 3-month trip to New Zealand.”  &n

“Will you make breakfast this morning?” Mike asked, strolling into the kitchen and poured himself a glass of water.    “Yes, I’m obviously doing that already.” I grinned.    “For everyone?”   “Yes.”    “Including the boss?”   “Yes.”    I arranged the ingredients for the meal I was going to prepare on the counter while Mike leaned against it, not saying anything.   I had decided to make a quick meal so it didn’t waste my time because I had to head to work. Gosh, I missed going to the bakery so much.    I placed the pot on fire then left to do other things while waiting for the meal.    After a few minutes, I called for a man I assumed was a worker here.    “Good morning and welcome back, ma’am.” He greeted.    “Good m
