Elena's pov; I couldn't open my eyes since it felt heavy but I was able to smell it... It was something different when I sniffed. It felt like... medicine, antiseptic and soaps? Where am I? I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't, so I tried opening it slowly and opened in the end. When I opened my eyes, it hurt because of the bright light. I blinked again and again and got adapted to the light and I could see where I am properly now. There was a white ceiling above me and I came to know that I was lying on a bed. I tried to move my head to either side to look where I was. The setup, it looked like… A hospital? Why am I in the hospital? When I tried to remember what happened... Last night… I was going with Matt… The accident!!!   "MATTT!!" , I shouted out of my lungs.   I tried to get up from the bed but before doing that someone ran into the room and stopped me by saying, "You shouldn't do that mam, lie down on the bed, please."

Elena's pov; Someone knocked on the door continuously which woke me up from my sleep. I took my phone and looked at the time. It's 10 already. Did I sleep that long? It seems like you still need to wear this splint for another week. Did you put pressure on your hand?" I shook my head and said, "I fell on it without knowing." "I said to be careful. There's inflammation on your hand so you have to wear a splint to avoid further accidents." "Actually, I got a flight to catch now.
