Nadir woke up in the morning terribly confused. She felt as if was drunk, except not with alcohol, but life energy. The last time Nadir felt something like this was when she was still a young succubus and out of greed was able to kill her victims, depriving them of all life energy. Miguel was sleeping right next to, visibly weakened, which made her add two and two.- What have I done yesterday...- Nadir whispered, terrified. Immediately the images from the previous evening started coming back to her. It was the best and worst night of her life at the same time. Nadir remembered feeling wonderful, but as she looked at Miguel now and watched his horribly weak aura, she felt terrible. Then she looked at the bedside table. The clock was already showing 9 am, so Nadir called Miguel's office to explain his absence. Her voice was as charming as her looks, so his boss immediately believed her, then Nadir called the bar where she worked, and it went smoothly there as well. Nadir kn

Nathaniel had skipped following Nadir at the wedding party because he couldn't possibly endure such excess of happiness and other good feelings. There were enough of them at the wedding itself, not counting the weakness he felt after being in such a sacred place as the church for so long. If, after such torment, Nathaniel were to be at a wedding party as well, certainly would not be able to remain invisible, and he could not show himself to anyone, after all, he was a stranger to these people. However, after the party ended, Nathaniel immediately followed Nadir and Miguel as they walked out of the house. Of course, he had to be extra careful, because weakened by his earlier stay in the church, he could not mask his aura so well now. Nathaniel even thought he had acted foolishly to stay in the church the entire ceremony. He should have stood outside and waited for Nadir to leave instead. Unfortunately, Nathaniel liked challenges, especially if they had anything to do with his main en

After the car accident and meeting with Nathaniel, the Fallen Angel, sent from the Underworld by Samael himself on a mission to bring Nadir back, Miguel and her returned home and went to bed almost immediately. Nadir thought all night about what to do. It was safest to just stop resisting and come back, but she didn't want to give up without a fight, so decided she would resist as long as possible. After all, that's what Nadir has been doing for a longer time, isn't it? She resisted Samael's orders and was doing quite well. The easiest way to defeat Samael was to report on him to Lilith, but Nadir couldn't risk that her "mother" would find out what connected her and Miguel, and that Nadir had no intention of returning to the Underworld. Lilith would certainly punish her for such disobedience, though perhaps less severely than Samael. For Miguel, however, the result would be the same - he would be killed by both Samael and Lilith. Overall, Nadir could not come to anyone in the Underw

Juan and Maria visited Miguel in the hospital the same day the attack happened, but unfortunately he was unconscious after a heavy operation. Miguel had almost all of his body covered with bandages, and had a cast on his left arm, right hand, ribs, and left leg.- Oh my God, what did they do to him.- Juan spoke up, walking into the room and looking at his friend from head to toe.- Not them...- said Maria.- I saw only one man.- she added confidently.- That's impossible... Miguel could easily handle one attacker, he's tough and always was good at fighting, especially in self-defense.- Juan replied incredulously.- One man, yes, he could handle...- Maria sighed, sitting on the edge of the bed.- Do you mean it wasn't a human? A person who attacked him?- Juan asked, walking up to her and giving a questioning look.- It was certainly not a human, but what exactly? I do not know. All I know is that this thing has something to do with Nadir, only it is more

At the same time as Maria, Juan, and Miguel were performing a ritual to seek her out from the Underworld and try to contact, Nadir was already with Samael, in one of the palace's bedrooms.- You came to me at last, what a good girl. And what was the point in resisting for so long? You will not regret your decision, I will take care of you properly. Soon you will be screaming my name in ecstasy.- he greeted her, smiling triumphantly.- Ok, whatever. Let's get it over with.- Nadir spoke up, looking at him with resigned eyes. His words clearly didn't make any impression on her, she just wanted them to get down to business so she would be able to go back to her cave as soon as possible.- Of course, my lady.- Samael replied, taking her hand gently and leading deeper into the bedroom. There he kissed her first on the lips, then began to descend over her neck and shoulders, wrapping his arms around waist and bringing Nadir closer to him. Samael hands greedily explored her b
