It was decided that they would all go to Nicholas's friend’s beach front villa on Long Island. Lucas and Sienna would join them later after taking Alexia to visit the Central Park Zoo. Since granny and Lucas’s mom were unable to walk so much, they opted out of the Central Park trip. Although wheelchairs were available, they preferred to relax on the beach instead. So, Marcus drove his mom, granny, and Maria to the beach house while the rest of them went to the zoo. Alexia had the time of her life watching and feeding the animals. She pulled Nicholas along to see the various exhibits like the Snow Leopard Area, the Central Garden and the Sea Lion Pool, the Polar Circle, the Temperate Territory, the Tropic Zone, or the Rainforest. They went to the Tisch Children Zoo as well just in time for the animal feeding. Lucas and Sienna followed them lazily, hand in hand, having all the time in the w

It was the last proper meal Sienna could have before dozing off to sleep. Lucas was quite concerned about her and decided to take her to the doctor the next day. He lay down beside her and tucked in the stray curl that fell over her face. He knew that she might have gone through a lot in his absence. Maybe all that stress had taken a toll on her health. It was just ten o’clock and Lucas just lay down staring at a sleeping Sienna. He would have to take matters in own hands and solve all her problems as soon as possible. Her stubbornness was making her fall sick. His phone suddenly vibrated with an incoming call from James Price. Lucas frowned with concern and got up from the bed. Striding out of the room not wanting to disturb Sienna, he took the call at last. “Yes, Mr. Price,  tell me,” he asked at last.

Sienna panicked as the car picked up more speed. She looked at the sinister-looking man sitting beside her, watching her with cold eyes. “I think there’s some mistake here. Please stop the car,” said Sienna, trying to open the door in a panic. “Carl, silence her,” instructed the driver. Sienna struggled more with the door. “No, please. I haven’t done anything to you. Please let me go,” she protested, trying to reach her mobile to call Lucas. The man grabbed both her hands with one of his and pulled out a huge handkerchief from his pockets. “No, let me go,” said Sienna, thrashing against his hold. “Sorry, beautiful one! Boss’s orders,” said the man, placing the huge white

Lucas was overwhelmed to hear the news. He drove faster, trying to cover the last stretch as quickly as possible. Although Officer Smith had convinced him that Sienna was well, he still had to see her for himself. So he drove fast and quickly reached the deserted farmhouse that Officer Smith had mentioned. The moment Ben parked his car amidst the police cars and Lucas climbed out. Walking towards the house, he noted that the place was teeming with cops from the North Salem Police Department. His eyes searched for Officer Blair or Officer Smith. Where was Roman if he was the culprit? Was he arrested yet? He walked into the living room and was greeted by an officer from the North Salem Police Department who introduced himself as Officer Bennett. “The kidnapper has fled the scene, Mr. Donnelly. Please come this way. Ms. Hensley has been asking for you,” said the officer.

The car drove up to a beautiful and sprawling villa perched on a ridge top overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Located right across from the small village of Alexandria Bay, it was a private haven.“It’s so secluded,” said Sienna, seeing the villa almost hidden amidst the tall Sugar Maple, Breech, Basswood, White Oak, and Red Oak trees. In the darkness of the night, the whole place was bathed in glowing lights making it seem like some romantic fairyland, far away from civilization. They got down from the car and Joe started unloading their luggage.“Don’t you like it?” Asked Lucas, gazing at the tranquil place. He remembered to thank Marcus later on for referring to him this beautiful haven. Sienna turned to look at him. “I love it. I had no idea that such a
