13: A nightmare with you around

The man was halfway facing. He was masked from him nose down with black clothing leaving his eyes and upper face exposed. Sunni's heart skipped beats on seeing him. It was already night but there were few street lights enabling her to see those eyes. Those eyes for a reason triggered her. They were blue.....and for a strange reason were familiar. She sensed a strong feeling of familiarly in those eyes which was odd. Because she was certain she hadn't seen them before neither had she seen him. With fear griping her from all angles, She moved backwards in slightly staggering. Those oddly familiar face was indeed creepy! "Who.....who....are you.....?" She asked in fear as she moved back. The man had now turned fully to face her as his eyes lit. Those blue eyes were domineering and slightly demonic. Sunni could feel the strange aura of evil around but no where to run to. She ha

14: Messing with my stuff! That's my cash!

"What? Missed me?" Kelvin majestically walked to a sofa close by and sunk himself in. "How lucky you are kelvin today. Else you were gonna be late for Dave's meeting by eight" "Hmm. Really? He's holding a meeting?" Kelvin repeated. "Yes. And I wished you were late today as always then maybe Dave would have to deal with you....maybe deny you of your salary for a month. Sounds fair" Lara walked up to him folding her hands. Kelvin smiled" Little Lara .. how can you think evil of me? Are we not a team? Or .....maybe you're still angry from the little love tip I gave you? Don't blame me ..you're too blame for exacting it so poorly" "You.....you still have the guts to talk after your shameless behavior? What a jerk!" "Don't blame me for that... besides, unlike you who's jinxed in love, I'm highly lucky! Look how my luck drove me to work early." He boast

15: Got an Alien on the loose?

The meeting room was already set and occupied by Ryan, kelvin and Gabe who were already seated around the meeting table. Lara was standing as she distributed some papers to them and then went to her seat with hers. The door flung open as Dave Lin walked in, cold and professional as usual. They all stood to their feet as he entered as Dave walked to his seat before them and sat. They all then briefly sat. A file was already present before Dave Lin's table as he took it and briefly went through it. When he seemed to be done he looked up at them. "You should have known the basic of why you were all called here. The file before you contains information which I'd like to discuss with you all now" "Well...." Kelvin pointed out as he flipped through the pages of the file."This is simply a strange theory given here. It States that the murderer of the corpse that we presented for verification was not a human? How Is that possible?"

They were rather lucky enough to see the job vacancy of wanted waiters In a restaurant. On seeing the vacancy notification, Sunni smiled. "Now we go in there and try our possible luck. " She looked at Lucas. "Let me tell you. It's never easy to get a job you know. It's one of the hardest things ever! I've been into such situations like this and I'm aware that we're likely to be turned down on this one so we have to be persistent. Okey?" "Isn't it about going in there and asking for the position and then start work?" She almost laughed out loud at his theory. Life would be damn easy I that was how one got a job "Don't be silly" She said rolling her eyes as she led the way into the restaurant. He followed behind. Sunni and Lucas requested to meet the manger for the vacancy notification and they were directed upstairs to the manager's office. Both of them arrived there as Sunni knocked on the door. After a while, a reply came from inside. "
