Annie was on edge from the second she woke up the next day. The early morning coffee she had did nothing to ease her nerves. Annie woke up back in a lushous bed that she knew wasn't her own. Immediately she wanted to cry. She knew Alexander letting her go was much too good to to be true. Her own nievity still frustrated her. She wondered why she thought he would ever truly let her go. Maybe she really did think too highly of him.Annie's head throbbed with pain. Her eyes still felt heavy but Annie refused to let herself sleep. There was light coming in through a window.
