Jeremy has been very worried when she did not show up at work, he had first thought she would be late or probably caught up in something and was expecting a call from her to notify him about what was keeping her from coming.He became worried and decided to call her instead, her phone was switched off and the call went straight to voicemail. What was happening?.Should he go to her house to check on her?He was still lost in thought when Christopher walked in, he had sent for him. He rarely sends him on errands or gives him tasks only when it is important and he hesitates to tell him why he had sent for him."I want you to find out why Miss Diane isn't at work today" Jeremy said, trying not to sound worried.

Diane was so happy when she was discharged from the hospital, she really hated staying at the hospital. It is always torture to her.She knew the doctor wanted to keep her there till the following day but Jeremy told him to let her go home."What are the things you need to pick at your place?" Jeremy's house came as a surprise to Diane, apart from how  huge the house was, what shocked her was the interior. Every decoration or piece of furniture was in dark colour. She remembers that Rhea complained about her apartment but it was nothing close to this. "What is it?" Jeremy asked, concerned as she stood in the same position in the middle of the living room. "Why is everything dark in  colour?" She managed to ask after overcoming the shock. "Follow me" Jeremy had endured his brother's presence till they finished eating and he knew something was wrong. Hence he won't show up unexpectedly. He stood up and went to his study, his brother followed quietly behind. He knew his brother wasn't happy to have him here but he expected as much from someone who doesn't joke with his privacy. "Why are you here?, "Were you asked to deliver a message to me?" Jeremy asked directly once they were inside. He doesn't want his brother around longer than necessary, he does not like the way he kept staring at Diane.
