"Am I going there with you as your date or what?" Diane asks expectantly as  she works on her laptop. "My date of course"! Michael replied before joining her on the large bed. " I was only asking because you didn't ask me to, you only said we would go to the event." Diane continues to murmur feeling unsatisfied that he didn't directly ask her to be his date.   "Okay, Beautiful Lady, would you do me the honor of accompanying me to an event tomorrow as my date?." There were still some hours left before the company closes but Diane had no intention of returning to work for the day.
