The aston martin vehicle had now been driven for a couple of minutes with Nena behind the steer wheel. Lucile sat quietly beside her in the passenger seat holding tightly to herself as the vehicle drove at over a hundred kilometres an hour, clearly exceeding the speed limit.She wondered what had gotten over Nena to get her driving like that. Back in the city of Lagos, maestro hadn’t stopped to keep pushing forward with his business in the distribution of product . he had even dared to expand his territorial district , extending into the south ; Nadia’s territory.He had this sense of achievement now flowing through him Like a pipe of drainage .  Downtown south, the weather had really not been bright all day. It made sense , considering that all hell was about to break down on the city soon when maestro finally swings to action.  Nadia madinni was sitting comfortably in her couch at home with her guards standing alert behind her.   She was silently taking gradual sips off the glass of cocktail she had in her hands. It took over an hour drive for Nena and Lucile to arrive at the Johnson’s home. Lucile’s parents were already there awaiting their arrival for a minute now.They reached the compound and Nena parked her vehicle at their garage. Lucile was the first person that elated the vehicle and Nena followed suite a minute later. Both their faces were pale, obviously from the confession that Lucile had just shared earlier while In the car. Nena was filled with rage.The realisation that she had just convicted the wrong person of a heinous crime and sent him away for a very long time didn’t sit right with her at all. It didn’t feel like a win to her anymore. It didn’t feel like justice.She had convicted many of several crimes before but had never bothered to ask for the true story. Back in the streets of Lagos, the night had been racing against the fleet of vehicles that had fled Nadia’s compound and stormed out into the road.Nadia’s SUV was far ahead drifting across corners to bypass the Lagos traffic and escape the threat on her life. The gunmen’s cars followed suit behind, in hot pursuit.Nadia’s car had been accelerating it’s velocity steadily and she now feared for her life. Down at the district police station where Nadia Madinni had been apprehended and was now being held, the police were judicious about their normal activities and had not yet been able to begin her questioning yet. They just detained her in the interrogation room in the hopes that she would get anxious till her brain blows out but to their disappointment, she didn’t. As a matter of fact, the reverse was the case here. the police detective who had captured her stepped into the room and found her staring sternly at the wall in front of her while placing her cuffed hands on the table. The detective stared at her curiously, Nadia was silent as he expected but she looked rather too composed for a felon.  Nena was still confused as to why everyone at the dining table was just eating and no one was talking yet. She looked at Mr and Mrs Johnson and neither of them seemed to be ready to talk or give an explanation as they promised. She wasn’t at this table to share a meal with them. Nena boarded on the flight the next morning headed to Lagos. She was in a hurry after she had learned the full details of the new development on the maestro case through a phone call she made the previous night with Jasper.She knew there was much work to do and she had to be present in the interrogation of their newly apprehended suspect Nadia Madinni. Nadia had come up several times in their investigation for the kingpin case but like maestro, they had very little to convict her with.Nena sat silently on the plane, wondering what the turn out of their interrogation with the suspect would look like. Walking towards the desk where Madinni sat quietly in the interrogation room, Nena dropped the briefcase she had in her hands and started off by saying pleasantries "Nadia Madinni, it's an honour to finally meet you.
