Silas slowly walked towards the bench and sat down on the bench with me. His strong and refreshing scent hit my nostrils and I smiled a little. “What?” he politely asked, feeling awkward due to my reaction. I responded to him, I only shook my head and we both went silent for the next minute. "I can't believe you went through so much," Silas and I were sitting with our eyes stuck in space while my father and Rick were in the mansion. "It was all worth it, that nightmare helped me understand something," I lowered my face to focus on my fingers to distract myself from looking at him and melting right away before I could even say anything else. "Before going to that cabin, I didn't accept your marriage proposal because I held so much resentment towards you that I couldn't see past the truth," I started talking and spilling what I had been keeping in my heart for too long. The two stopped after she held his hand and stopped him from leaving.Silas, Rick, and I had followed them but didn’t come forward to announce our presence. They were standing near the trees to talk, while we stayed behind the bushes to wait for them.“I thought you said he was going to reject her?” he yelled at Nessa, not realizing he was outing himself.“I was wrong! But why does it seem like you are so mad about this?” she inquired, feeling confident once she noticed we were there to help us if he tries to do anything.“I am not mad; it is just--- I was worried for the poor girl the whole night. You got me worried for nothing,” he shouted once he couldn’t come up with an explanation to his behavior.“It doesn’t seem like that though,&
