"You may kiss the bride." The priest said with happiness. My heart pounded harshly as the tears suddenly fell upon my cheeks. He flipped the veil to the back as he stared at me harshly. I swallowed a lump in my throat, trying not to cry loudly. Hinawi n'ya ang tangkas ng buhok sa likod ng tainga ko."Why did you agree to this when you're just crying pathetic in front of everybody?" He harshly asked. And I'm glad he stopped.Anger inside me built up when he said that. I didn't have a choice but to marry him. And now that our marriage is already sealed, I felt like I'

Growing up with parents who have high expectations for you is difficult. They expect you to act like a mature human. Even when I'm still sixteen years old, I was already trained on how to manage our companies. Although I love doing it, pero iba talaga kapag naka-explore ka habang bata pa.For them, there's no room for any mistakes. They will scold you until you learn your lesson."Masarap ba?" tanong sa'kin ni Kairus.Kairus is my boyfriend. We were already in a one year relationship. It's one of the decision that I have been contemplating before saying yes to Kairus. Kasi alam kong magagalit sila.

The people's eyes are on me. Disgusted at my being. Some of them mockingly smiled at me. While others stared at me with confused expression and a hint of worry in their faces."Darya! What the heck happened to you?!" mariin na bulong ni Mommy."I'm sorry, hijo. You have to see my daughter dirty and disheveled appearance."Ngumiti si Cevier. "No worries, tita. Even in her appearance right now, she still looks beautiful and lovely."My mother laughed at that. She worriedly looked at me.

"Anje! That's not it!" "What are you talking about? Alam ko ang ginagawa ko!"I stared at both of them. Scrunching my nose at the sight in front of me.They're trying to make some butter cookies in my condo unit. The kitchen's a bit messy. She threw the flour onto him. Nakasandal lang ako sa dingding. Ngumiti ako. Their inner child is playing right now."Ang kalat niyo naman mga anak." I said."Mommy, can help us bake some cake?"What the heck?Hilas! Sinabi niya iyon sa paraang OA na. Acting like a child. The shivers in my spine as I heard his voice. Disgusting!"'Di ba cookies 'yong ibi-bake natin?""Ay, Oo nga pala!""We have to finish this by twelve.

I should have a hunch that he’ll just do that behind my back even after confessing his feeling to me.Makapal ang mga ulap pero unti-unting nagliwanag ang kalangitan. I watched the sunrise. The grey sky soon turned into blue. I guess the God really knows how to paint colors well. Lahat nasa tamang kulay. Even though black, dark colors, made you think that it’s gloomy, hindi naman iyon nakakasira sa tanawin. In fact, it helped me no… it comforted me.May nakita akong paparating na bangka. I watched as it slow
