Irvin’s POV “Hey! Tristan wake up.” I shake him from his bed. It is already seven-fifteen in the morning and he is still on his bed when I checked his room. I met Tristan before I enrolled into college. It was entrance exam day when I bumped into him. I couldn’t remember the whole details but we became friends. Get even more comfortable with each other when he offered me free accommodation in exchange for cooked meals. He’s not a big fan of fast food nor likes the price that any restaurant offers, that’s why when I mentioned that I live alone and cooking is one of the chores that I am good at, he immediately proposed this idea. “Yeah.” He groaned. He was waving his hand at me to go away but I didn’t. I know he will skip his class again just to sleep longer. “The breakfast is ready. Wake u-“ He immediately pulled me closer to him and hugged me tightly like a teddy bear. “Tristan, you’ll crumple my uniform.” I whine. But he just cuddled me. “Just five minutes.” He pleaded. He is a

Irvin’s POV I don’t know where to go. I can’t stay at the apartment with that pervert. With my wounds and bruises I got a chance to spend the night at the health center for free. And staying there for the second night is kind of embarrassing. This is the first time that I stayed in school after class. Since I have nowhere to go I decided to sit on one of the school bench and think over the situation. To sum it up I have an initiation to prepare to though I don’t know what exactly happens during VIP’s initiation. I once watched a movie that they do some initiation rites. The guy being blind folded and hit by what they call paddle many times. With this body, can I survive it?I turned pale just thinking about what I am going to get through in the near future. But then this is for my safety anyway. If I pass that I won’t be bullied ever again. I can have peace of mind. But for now, the real problem is where I am going to stay since the apartment that I used to stay in is not part of the

Irvin’s POV After I told them that I wanted to join them it spread around the campus the next day. All the bullying was gone, though those lustful or death glares are still there. It’s fine. At least they can’t touch me. All I have to do is pass the initiation that will happen this weekend. I’m nervous. Am I going to survive? “Alone?” I woke up from my thoughts when I heard Moe’s voice. I am sitting under the tree where the open field can be seen when he comes. “Still being bullied?”“Nah. They stopped already. Thanks.” “For what?” He laughed at me. “I don’t know. Maybe help me to get out of this problem?” “Actually, I’m glad you joined. Henrick’s...” He didn’t continue his words, which makes me feel weird. Are they hiding something from me? “It’s not a bad idea to ask for help.” “I’m worried that I might not pass the initiation. I don’t know what will happen to me.” I took a deep sigh as I told him.“You’ll be fine. Trust me.” “Trust huh.” Yes. They helped me from those mania

Henrick’s POVI’ve been looking for Irvin around the campus. He’s nowhere to be found. Why did I even forgot to get his number this morning? Tsk.“You haven’t change.” A familiar voice makes me stop from wandering. And I was right, it’s Tristan. He’s leaning on a tree that I happen to passed by. “Still the risk taker.”“I don’t have much time for your rant, right now.” I only take two steps when he speak again.“You’re smart Evans. You shouldn’t have messed me in the first place.” He smirked. This guy doesn’t know how to give up.“And why not? Who are you again? Aahh! A nobody.”Tristan laughed. “Say that when you meet your karma. Well, enjoy Vin’s company while you still can.”“Oh. You want him that bad?” Mocking him really makes my day.“Not me.” He walks towards me and whispered... “The head.” And left. Having no idea who the hell he’s talking about. Irvin is quite famous, huh.As expected, I went home alone again. Straight to Irvin’s room, I knocked, but no one’s there. I guess he

Third Person’s POVOn their way home the car was surrounded by silence. Henrick played his mp3 with earphones plugged on his ears while Irvin stared at the car window, watching the road that they usually take from school to Henrick’s mansion. He no longer expects that Henrick will show his surprise to him anymore. Somehow he felt uncomfortable at Henrick’s action.“Uhm. Henrick,” He called out as they both reached their rooms. Henrick stopped but didn’t face him. “Can you help me with my assignment?” He lied. Irvin can’t take this side of Henrick. It bugs him so much that his silence is killing him.“I do have a lot of work. Sorry.” He was about to open the door when Irvin stopped him again.“How about dinner. You want me to cook? You might like...”“No.” He cut him off. Irvin was left off guard. And he can’t hold his anger anymore.“What’s wrong with you?! Are you mad at me? If you are, THEN SAY IT! Stop sulking there like a kid!” Before Henrick could reply Irvin entered his room and
