《Fair Love and War 》全部章節：第 1 章 - 第 10 章

Daniel looked at his phone constantly and watched how agonizing the time was slow. He was supposed to be in the sea doing Grandma's task so at least food will be on their table for the night and morning but there he was at the detention hall doing anything but nothing. He had other looking scrawny kids in the detention hall with him but he didn't give a fuck about them as most of the popular kids are already home and his the only one left behind."Maybe if you don't eat your fingers and tap nervously at your desk this place wouldn't be bad at all.” I glared at the kid who was so irritating, he looked to be 15, had his perfectly gelled to the back, and wore glasses. You could tell he was a nerdy one but how he ended up in detention hall was something I don't know and I didn't care to know.It was already 4:59 pm, it was left one minute and he will be out of the school property, he watched everyone direct their gaze to the big wall clock hanging on the wall opposite Mr. Jones's desk. Alec went back to the palace feeling so happy and all smiles. The human was the most beautiful mortal he had ever seen in his life, his almost white hair, pale skin, and red lips made him look so cute and desirable to the merman. The thought of his face got Alec's cheek flaring up. "You're all smiles...you found a beautiful mermaid". Basil Alec's best friend swam to Alec's side. He had jet black that came to his chest and a red tail with transparent blue scales."Not at all...what brought you to the palace". Alec said trying to bring in a new conversation careful enough not to spill the beans on what happened at the surface of the sea."I know what you're trying to do, I didn't come to the palace to get anything. I'm here to see you.. it's been a long time I saw you". Basil swam a little further from checking me out."You're not looking bad you know". He added."I'm the prince of Astera, of course, I should always be looking good". Alec boasted flexing his muscles."You haven't still

"I accept". That's what Alec said to the sea god. He knew the decision he took was to say goodbye to his life in the sea. Goodbye to the freedom he once had if he doesn't get a love first kiss cause he will be forever tied to the sea god in an agreement."We can still turn our backs on this". Basil said still creeped out with fear."Yeah you can still turn your back on this I wouldn't say I didn't warn you because once you sign this book". A book magically appeared that had a series of names in it. It must be the merman he had an agreement with, Alec thought to himself."There's no going back". He gave a cunning smile. Alec knew he wanted him to sign the book and add a prince to his collection of names and be forever indebted to him."I know please we should get it over and done with". Alec said ever so determinedly. He could feel it in his bones that the human is waiting for him on land. He would be wondering how he is alive and how he came to be on the shores. He could tell him he's

Daniel went upstairs took out the clothes that were a little too big for him and brought them downstairs. The boy with dark red hair was more body built and muscular than Daniel was so Daniel thought the cloth sizes he selected should be the perfect one for him in particular singling out the other guy with natural brown hair. "Here". Daniel tossed the clothes to them."You can go upstairs and change or you can just use the bathroom". Daniel creaked a door open right from the parlor that led to the outside built bathroom.Alec and Basil went out the door and came back a few minutes later with their body covered."I will never forget that guy's body in a haste". Daniel thought to himself as the heat rose to his cheek, he was blushing. "My name is Alec and my friend here is Basil and you're". Alec stretched out his hand to shake the human."Basil". Daniel repeated."Like the fresh herbs used in cooking". Daniel taunted.Basil was embarrassed as the human was making ridicule of his name.

Daniel couldn't wait for the teacher to leave his class before he packed his book inside his backpack ready to leave."5, 4, 3, 2, 1". Daniel counted with the clock, and with that, he was done with classes for that day. He rushed out of the class running to the school entrance. He had expected that was where he was going to see Alec on reaching there he was disappointed Alec wasn't there yet. Daniel was beginning to pout. Once again Alec had disappeared from him without saying a proper goodbye and he found out that Alec wasn't the type to keep his promises."I so much hate you for doing this". Daniel said entering the street, he was going to walk home. A few meters after Daniel had walked he heard a motorbike sound coming behind him, he turned to know who it was and it was no other person than Alec, riding beside him on another bike was Basil. They both got motorbikes of different colors. Alec's own was red matching his hair and Basil's was black.Daniel couldn't help but smile at Al
