This full moon seemed to last longer than the rest. Gabriel looked forward to the morning sun that would take away the moon so that he can celebrate properly. But in the meantime, Gabriel and Gordon ran into the woods as Gordon taught Gabriel how to control Fluffy. It was a refreshing experience, especially for Gabriel. They got to a clear spot in the woods where the moon was perfectly positioned and clearly seen. It was, a glowing yellowy light, looming large, surrounded by an ethereal glow with millions of stars sprinkled around it.The moon had never looked this beautiful to Gabriel before. Maybe it’s because he looked at it with Fluffy’s eyes, the insignia of the moon goddess can be seen clearly in the wolf form, otherwise, it looked like a mere full moon. He understood the essence and felt the power it exuded. Like he should bow and worship it, he was completely enthralled by its perfection and felt safe in its gaze.He was going to talk to Gordon about it, just to be sure that

She wore a short red dress that hugged her tightly in all the right places, revealing her smooth curves. There was no way a guy in his right senses would turn her down.Gordon was always simple in his dressing, just a nice pair of pants, a blue shirt that had the clouds as its design, and a pair of sneakers were perfect. He styled his hair in a fancy way, some parts fell to the front while others were at the back. He was handsome enough to not bother about excess details. They both met at the front of the pack house. Sarah had left earlier, she wanted to help in setting up the venue for the party.Gordon had called an Uber to take them to their destination. They waited a while for Gabriel, he wasn’t in sight.“I wonder where Gabriel is. Did he mention anything to you?” Amanda asked, wondering if he made an eleventh hour change of mind.“No, he didn’t. In fact, he was excited about the party.” Gordon said.“Why don’t we cancel the ride and look for Gabriel.” Amanda suggested.Gordon w

“Where are you guys? I just got home.” Gabriel said over the phone.“In my room.” Gordon said, hesitantly.“Okay, I’m coming.” Gabriel said and ended the call.Gordon and Amanda dressed up quickly and Amanda rushed to her quarters before Gabriel came in. She had diarrhea.“Good evening, uncle Oliver.” Gabriel said as he entered his quarters and headed to Gordon’s room.“Hey, man.” Gabriel said, he was seemed more enthusiastic than usual to see Gordon.“I’m sorry I left without you guys. I must confess, it was Minx. I’m sorry for keeping it from you all this while.” Gabriel said as he fell to the bed, he was so excited that he and Minx had taken their relationship to the next level, no more hiding.“Whoa, that’s a great man. How long have you two been together?” Gordon said, feigning surprise.“About two months…” Gabriel said, smiling sheepishly.“That long? You kept it from me, that ain’t fair, though.” Gordon said.“I’m sorry, man. Minx wasn’t ready for it yet.” Gabriel said.“It’s a

Minx’s heart raced as her mother pointed to Gabriel’s shoes outside.“Who’s he?” Mrs Jackson, Minx’s mother asked.“A friend?” Minx managed to say, she wished the ground would open up and swallow her right that instant.Mr. Jackson didn’t pay attention to details, he only notices the obvious things and nothing was obvious enough.“Let’s leave the young girl to have fun. It was a long day at work, we should rest.” Mr. Jackson said, reluctant about the smell that filled the room. The beetroot oil didn’t take it all away because Minx didn’t take her time to cleanse the living room properly.“What’s that stench?” Mrs. Jackson asked.Minx’s already signed her fate, she was going to die this minute. “Uhh it’s the beetroot oil” Minx said, she was never good at lying.“Beetroot oil doesn’t have a smell. Anyways, I’ll get it changed. It seems old.” Mrs. Jackson said as she followed her husband upstairs into their room.”Minx heaved a deep sigh of relief, she thanked her stars that her mother

Years back…Elijah was once a clueless and innocent man, until one day that he took the bold step of owning his fate, and from that day on, everything went his way.“Daddy, where do you always go?” Bella asked.“The great gate, darling. I’ve been tasked with the responsibility of guarding an important device.” Elijah replied.“What device? What does it do?” Bella asked again.“They said it can tell a person’s future,” Elijah said.“Whoa! That’s cool. Can we check ours?” Bella asked.“No, it’s forbidden.” He answered briskly.**After the attack of the gray-hound pack on the blood moon pack and Klara’s execution, people started leaving the pack house to find safer grounds. Elijah’s curiosity about the Larinth increased, he asked a few questions about the Larinth and they all checked out. He also did not like his current status, he wanted to be more for his wife and daughter, and he wanted to know his fate if he’d continue as a slave forever. One night when everyone had gone to their
