For a moment, Luther stared at Martin and was seemingly speechless. Luther glanced at me and I had a wry smile playing across my face."Luther, have you suddenly gone dumb? For six days I was under the weather, and I didn't leave my room. My father told me he had spoken to the Alpha on phone concerning my condition cos he traveled, and he accepted his request for me to have bed rest and not work till I fully recover. My parents came to see me every morning for the six days I was on bed rest. I went to my room and had a shower. I changed into a cream blouse and a black flare skirt. I was starving and hurriedly went to the kitchen to get my breakfast.
