WHITNEY'S POV

I was still sleeping in my room when a loud knock on my door woke me up. I yawned and stretched my arms. I rubbed my eyes and gazed at the door.

After a few seconds, there was a louder knock. Who could be knocking on my door like that? I wondered. I doubt that it could be my brother cos he never knocks hard and he usually knocks once before he opens the door.

People rarely come to see me in my room. The only people that come often are my family members and my best friend, Janet. If it's not any of them, it could be one of my colleagues that wants to check up on me? I thought.

"Who is that?" I asked as I sat up.

"It is me, Henry," he replied behind the closed door.

Henry is a nice guy. He is the only one I really like in the Alpha's family and we have always gotten along right from childhood. But why is he here to see me? I wondered.

"Henry, you can come in. The door is open."

Immediately, the door swung open and Henry walked in and shut the door behind him.
