Several hours later, Keegan wakes to the captain speaking over the intercom. “Good evening, this is your captain speaking. Please fasten your seat belts and prepare for landing.” Eagerly, Keegan opens her window shade to take in the scenery before landing. There is a beautiful body of water and lots of greenery surrounding Shannon airport- just outside of Limerick. That wasn’t something she was accustomed to flying out of Atlanta, GA. She relaxes into her seat rubbing the sleep from her eyes and stretching as the plane comes to a swift landing. She glanced at the note card once more then places it back in her bag. Grabbing her carry-on from the above baggage compartment, Keegan makes her way down the ramp, through the airport, and out the front doors. Next she locates a taxi and gives the driver the address from the note card. He informs her that it would be about an hour drive from the airport and off they went. This snaps Keegan out of her trance and she asks, "where did Laura go?"Ken, also noticing her absence and the seemingly cleared table, replies nervously "oh she can be sneaky like that. We must have been so into our conversation that she was able to quietly clean up and slip away unnoticed. She probably didn't want to interrupt."Still finding it odd that she didn't notice her clean up or walk away, Keegan accepts his answer. After all, it isn't the strangest experience she's had today. "Well, it does appear to be getting late. I should get the lobby and front desk closed up and I'm sure you need some rest after your travels. KEEGAN POV As Ken follows the path from my dream my breath hitches in my throat. Part of me wants to share my dream with him, however my rational side urges me to keep it to myself. I mean, who dreams about a place they’ve never been to then visits that very place the next day? Surely, he’ll think I’ve lost my mind. He’ll, I think I quite possibly have myself. I take a deep breath and mentally prepare myself for the rest of the tour and do my best to put on a smile, nervous as it may be. Soon, Ken comes to the fork in the path, but he turns to the right and I relax a bit.“This takes us through my personal favorite part of the gardens – the rose garden – and then to the entrance to the castle.” Ken shares.The pair drive along in silence as Keegan takes in the magnificent sights before her. KEEGAN POV Maybe he does know me, I laugh to myself. I spend the next few minutes finishing my sandwich then excuse myself to my room. I need some time alone to process everything Ken and Laura just shared with me. I don’t know if it’s because I went in there thinking that I was going to be the one sounding certifiable or what, but everything they said really makes sense. I’ve always been a believer in the supernatural to some degree, never could I have imagined that I myself am supernatural. And Ken – my long lost love. Exhausted from our earlier activities, Ken and I climb in bed. It feels so nice to be back in his arms where I belong.
