Lahat ng Kabanata ng Kaizen: The Cursed Alpha: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

(BlueMoon Pack) Aurora's POVAs I applied the last bit of concealer to hide the bruises on my face, my gaze fell on my reflection. My eyes were still hollow and gaunt but unfortunately, there was nothing I could do about that. I was putting on one of my mother's old gowns which she had dropped the night before. My mom had adjusted it to my size and it looked good if you could ignore the already fading color. I gripped the counter tightly until my fist turned white. I was nervous. When I walk out that door now, I would be claimed as someone else's. Knowing my mate was out there somewhere made matters worse. Would he ever consider taking me back if he finds out that I'm already mated and married off to another man? Leo and I had been friends in our childhood until he hit puberty and started acting coldly towards me. He always bullied and insulted whenever he saw me and tonight wouldn't be any different. Was the Alpha too blind to see that if his son truly loved me as he claimed, he w

Aurora's POV Leo and I stood side by side as preparations were made to bind us together. Werewolves didn't get married in churches like humans did. Instead, we would be joined together by sharing blood. A part of my palm would be cut open and they would do the same to Leo. Once our bloods were joined together, and he marked me, we would say our vows and I would wear the ancient ring passed down to me by the previous Luna, we would be bound together. I felt a dreadful feeling bubble inside me as I scanned the crowd, trying to find a pair of piercing green eyes but I couldn't find them. The same pair of eyes that haunted my dreams. My mate. My mate was in this room. Probably watching from a corner, he was going to watch me get married to someone else and he wouldn't do anything to stop it. Alpha Kaizen was a ruthless Alpha, who ruled his pack with an iron fist, and he was not to be messed with unless they wanted to face his wrath. I heard rumors of how he killed people and how cruel

Aurora's POVTwo weeks have passed since I was brought here, feeling more like a month. I got out from the bed and stretched my sore limbs. Every single day I spent here was filled with work. I was practically a slave in my own mate's pack. To think I had thought that meeting my mate, the man that had always claimed me in my dreams, would be my saving grace. But, I was wrong. Kaizen Cage was my worst nightmare. I rarely saw him around the house. It was like he was purposely avoiding me, because he would leave the house before I wake up and come back late at night when I'm already asleep. The thought that he was doing everything to avoid me stung, it stung really bad but there's nothing I could do about it. But, I actually noticed that the food I always kept for him at night for dinner would be empty by morning. I don't know why, but that thought made me happy. That he actually trusts me (even if it was a tiny bit) to eat the meal I prepared. Not like I would dare try to poison his

A loud knock snapped my attention to the door. Who could it be? She wasn't expecting anybody and Kaizen had left the house a few hours ago. I decided to ignore it and continue cleaning the living room, but when the knocking became more impatient, I hopped to her feet and walked to the door. To my surprise, it was Zane. I gasped as I saw the state of his face. “What the hell happened to your face?” He looked badly beaten, his jaw was swollen and he has a cut on his lips. He grinned, looking completely unaffected. He walked part me, going into the kitchen. I trailed behind wondering what the hell was going on. But I had an inkling of who would have done that to him, what I needed was the confirmation that Kaizen had actually fought with him. Zane took out a bottle of water from the fridge and gulped it down directly from the bottle. I wanted to protest but held back. I didn't know the guy even though I was slightly comfortable with him. But, after years of not being mistreated, it

Kaizen's POV Aurora was still sound asleep when we got to the house. I got out of the car and carried her bridal style up the stairs and into my room. Zane silently trailed behind me. I tucked her into my bed, watching as she snuggled into the warm blanket. I pulled her heels off her legs and covered her with the warm blanket. I would change her into one of my shirts, preferably when Zane wasn't here. I quickly made a trip to the bathroom to wash away the bastard's filthy blood off of me before coming out. Together, Zane and I walked out of her room not before checking her one last time. We walked over to the bar and I poured my self a glass of whiskey, gulping it in one go, I didn't wince as the taste burned down my throat. Zane quietly took a glass and poured himself a drink too. I was sure he could feel my burning glare on the side of his face, but he pretended not to notice as he continued sipping in silence. “Why the fuck did you bring her to the club? And in that slutty dre
