LUNCH WITH THE TWINS DRAKE'S POV Rufus was ready in no time, and we had to wait for Jasmine to get dressed and it took her almost forever. "My sister takes her time to dress up. She has to make sure her hair is in place and her chains and everything must be perfect." Rufus chuckled and I could not hide my smile. "Here comes the princess," Rufus announced some minutes later and his sister scowled at him before apologizing for keeping us waiting. She spent almost 30 minutes dressing up and she was not even wearing makeup, which meant she could have spent more than an hour if she decided to wear one.  "Let's go then," I said and we stood to leave.&n

PLANNING FOR HALLOWEEN    DRAKE'S POV   Years back before Kate became Mark's beta and came to stay with him in the black wood pack we used to have only one festival and that was the full moon festival. The Halloween party was not a part of our yearly celebration but Kate talked about it and convinced me to hold the celebration she reasoned that since the hunting was done by those that have wolves and have shifted and the after party was usually held later at night and the kids could not attend that it would be nice to hold an inclusive event and everyone could attend.   I liked her idea and discussed it with my beta and they too bought in on the idea. Kate had also not gotten her wolf and I felt that was the least I could do to make her feel more at home with us

KIDNAPPED DRAKE'S POV Caleb and Damien were part of my trusted security team, they had every detail of the pack and its surrounding woods at the tip of their hands. That was why I wanted them to join us in the search for Kate. Caleb and Damien lived at the barracks that housed our security teams and their family. They were both surprised when I called them to inform them that Kate was missing. "What?!" Caleb nearly shouted into the phone. "What happened" "How can this be.? We had our team everywhere.?"I do not have the answers, but we have to start the search as soon as possible," I say into the phone before cutting the call and making another

MY NEW PACK  KATE'S POV The Blackwood pack welcomed me immediately as Mark's mate and made me feel like a member of the pack. The Alpha of the pack, Alpha Drake was nice to me too and I loved how he interacted with members of his pack. Mark my mate was the second beta of his pack and this meant he was a high-ranking member of the council. At first, this pleased me a lot. As the mate of a beta you get honorary positions and duties, however, it also occurred to me that I would be scrutinized a lot and my secret would be discovered. For months I tried to hide that I had no wolf from Mark, I avoided anything that would make me have to shift, and I refused to go to the woods instead we stayed indoors whenever we wanted to spend time together.

DO WE HAVE A SNITCH IN OUR PACK DRAKE'S POV I listened to Kate recount her ordeal in utter disbelief. It was as if she was retelling a fantasy story she had created in her mind. But I knew it was not, you could see the fear all over her. I remembered what Zara had said about some people's wolves being caged and could only be released when they encountered a situation that was a matter of life and death. That was exactly what happened to Kate and her wolf was released. I was happy that she had gotten her wolf but we had a situation at hand there was a snitch in the pack and if we don't sniff them out as soon as possible then things might get worse for us."Did
