As Amberleigh tried to regain her stolen breath, Leo’s finger slid under her dress to the small of her back. His touch was feather soft against her, but Leo’s route was the opposite of the one she had taken. His fingers traveled upwards. Slowly up her back, no shortcuts, all the roads traveled. By the time Leo made it to the back of her neck, pulling her mouth to him, Amber had already been kissing her way across his jaw, so their lips merged perfectly. The chef’s hungry kisses certainly weren’t helping her quench her body’s craving for air. But she didn’t give a fuck, content to suffocate in Leo’s strong arms. Her body melted more into his, sweat begin to bead across both of them. As their mouths and tongues collided, Amber’s hips began to grind against his. The feel of his hard cock rubbing against the saturated, thin fabric of her panties, made both of them moan.It seemed perhaps that even Leo’s patience had reached its limits. His palms slid around her hips to capture her ass. H

Amber and Leo laid in each other’s arms for a longtime afterwards. No words were spoken between them, but no words were needed. And for a blissful moment in time, the world seemed to stop, gone was the chaos, the stress, nothing but the two of them and the sound of their beating hearts remained. Nothing else mattered. But reality made its unwelcomed intrusion far too soon as Amber’s watch begun to ring from her nightstand. She groaned at the broken spell, desperate to hold onto this perfect moment for just a while longer. When the sun came up, would this time with Leo, all have been nothing but a dream? Or worse, just a stolen moment, fleeting, leaving her broken when Leo decided to face reality that the two of them would never work? Here in these walls, in this fantasyland, it was so much easier to pretend than out there.Leo was beautiful, kind, from an affluent family with a bright future at his feet. Amberleigh was a whore born and raised in a ghetto, who never even graduated high

Sleeping in Leo’s arms had been as peaceful as Amberleigh imagined it, at least until there came a god-awful pounding on her door at around three a.m. Amber cursed as she tore her sleep hazed eyes open and for a moment relived the night the cops raided the apartment, she and her mother lived in with one of Krystal's sleazy, druggie boyfriends. That was the night Amber had been removed from her mother’s custody along with the heroin, cocaine, and other drug paraphernalia also in her mother’s possession. A woman cop had given little Amber a bag of chips and a soda and let her test out the sirens in her squad car though while they waited for CPS. It wasn’t the last time she would find herself in a squad car though because eleven years later, Amber got arrested for stealing alcohol and cigarettes from the liquor store. The Cobra Club’s legal team had gotten it expunged from her record though. So, her record was cleaner at least and she had left her life of crime behind

Amberleigh awoke with a full bladder and sunlight creeping in through the blinds hitting her square in the face. But it felt warm and inviting and so she opened her eyes with a smile. But her outstretched arms didn’t touch Leo’s warm body and her eyes further confirmed he was gone. For a moment of panic, Amber sat up and looked around the room.Had the chef gotten what he wanted from her and bolted? Had last night all been nothing but a sugar coated lie? But Amber talked herself in shutting the fuck up and calming down. Sleeping with her then slipping out without a word was unlike Leo. No way would he make love to Amber, profess his love for her, and then be gone with the fucking wind when the sun came up. Her heart refused to believe it and then her head fell in line when she noticed his keys on her nightstand and his suit jacket still draped over the back of her couch. She sighed and slipped out of the covers to make the well-worn trek to her bathroom. She could still smell and feel

The more Leo toured Amberleigh around his fantabulous warehouse loft, she wondered why he spent so much time at Grayson’s penthouse. Not like the billionaire’s digs was like a cardboard box or something, it had its own charms minus the master itself, but Leo’s place was kick ass. Like the ultimate bachelor or teen boy at hearts paradise for sure. The massive walls were made of cool shades of browns, grey, and red tone bricks, the metal beams and rafters exposed, and the floors a shiny, smooth, brown concrete. The place was easily thirty feet tall at the peak of the sloped ceilings and those metal gym styled lights illumined the cavernous space. Everywhere she looked, Amber’s eye landed on some other exciting or eye-catching feature of the place. And it was a lot to take in and appreciate at once. Not unlike the chef himself actually. The apartment was an open concept that seemed to stretch as far as the eye could see. Amber was tempted to cup her hands around her mouth and shout just
