20. WEAPONIZED

UNKNOWN POV "Alpha, ALPHA! Who in their right mind is going to give one of them the title of Alpha! It just wasn't right, something had to be done!" ALPHA AUGUST POV "Was that our Melia? I honestly didn't believe our love when she told us Melia could control the weather." Bishop whimpered in my mind. "I was honestly pretty skeptical at first too, but we have now seen it firsthand. She is dangerous and if her sisters are anything like her, then they are too." "What are we going to do? Is our pack safe?" "Bishop, I honestly don't know, you know as much as I do." "Well, if the girls were in control, the pack would be unstoppable. Didn't Athena say that their full potential hasn't even been released yet? If they are still not in control when that happens, they could kill us all by accident, but if they were in control, we would never lose a battle, war, or pack member again." "They're not weapons, Bishop! They're our daughters, they could be killed when they're not in control or ev

21. ALPHA COLE

ALPHA AUGUST POV "Pops you should have seen her, she was incredible! I've never seen anything like it." "I've heard all about my granddaughters and their extraordinary abilities from several members of the pack. Some members are amazed, but some are terrified. Have you thought about what's going to happen when other Alpha's in the area get wind of the girl's abilities and what that is going to mean for the pack?" My father questioned with a sideways glance. "Yes, Pops. Thomas has been up in arms about it all morning. I've never dealt with a situation like this. I knew Athena was a powerful priestess, I just didn't think about all that power being inside our emotional, out-of-control teenage daughters. Not that I would have known since this is my first week ever being in their vicinity. Hell, this whole time I thought I only had one daughter and now I have three. Which is amazing but also terrifying. The way they protect one another is something I have never come across. They can be

22. BLOOD OF A SUN FAYE

**TWO WEEKS LATER**ALPHA AUGUST POV"Alpha, I'm sorry to bother you so late but we need you at the front gate.""Larry, this better be an emergency since you're getting me out of bed at 3 am.""It is, sir."What kind of emergency could there be at 3 am if there was not an attack on the pack?"Lenny, Thomas are you guys up?"No one answered."Bishop. Have you heard from Liam or Quinn?""Yes, I lost the ability to mindlink with them about ten minutes ago. They were out searching, they must be far from the pack house because they're both out of mindlinking range with not just the guards but with us too.""Searching? Searching for what, for who? What the hell is going on?" I demanded."They thought they could handle it without having to wake you, but it's pretty gruesome and the guards are getting anxious without Liam and Quinn being back in mindlinking range for so long.""I was going to give them another ten minutes before I woke you but I'm getting a little worried that they're not al

23. NIGHTSHADE

MELIA POV "Melia" "Melia, honey." "Melia, honey, I need you to get up." I looked over at Alpha August standing with my bedroom door slightly ajar. "I know it's early but I really need you to wake your sisters and meet me in my office as soon as possible. We have an emergency ranked member meeting and that includes you three." I let out a low growl in protest. "Melia, I need your help with this. It is a very serious situation." The look of seriousness on my father's face made me immediately get out of bed. I gave him a nod as I made my way to my bathroom. "Maisie, Margot, get up! Some serious shit is going down and I smell magic. The Alpha wants us in his office asap." "Magic!" "Mia, are you sure?" "Yes, Mace, I'm sure." "We're coming." ALPHA AUGUST POV "Did you guys find anything?" "Me, Thomas, Tommy, Eric, and some of our best warriors covered over 100 miles and we didn't find anything out of the ordinary. August I've never seen anything like that before. She didn't

24. CHESHIRE CAT GRIN

MELIA POV I made my way down the packhouse steps. I had to find Alpha August. "Melia, are you okay?" As if he read my mind, Alpha August met me at the bottom of the steps. "I messed up." I couldn't bring myself to look at him. "What do you mean, honey?" Alpha August sounds concerned. "You didn't hear the pack?" I asked, my words laced with guilt. "Yes, of course. You're coming into your Alpha aura, Melia. I'll admit it has happened a lot faster than I thought possible, but it just tells me that the moon goddess herself made you to become the leader of our pack. There isn't anything wrong with that." "You don't understand, I caused . . " "You caused what, Melia?" "Melia?" "MELIA, TELL ME NOW!" Alpha August spoke in his Alpha tone. "I forced Margot into her first shift. It was an accident. I didn't mean to. I'm sorry." I blurted out. "You did what? Where is she, Melia? Where is Margot?" "Melia!" The Alpha grabbed my shoulders and shook me. "She is at Jeanie's shop." "Co

25. STALE BLOOD AND LEATHER

MELIA POV The urge to crawl under a rock and hide was overbearing while we were waiting for the Alpha and the Doc to rejoin the group. I finger-combed Margot's hair while we waited. Margot would literally die if she knew the way she looked as everyone stared down at her. Or maybe she wouldn't care and would just be thankful she was alive. Or maybe she would hate me just like Maisie does. A tear slid down my cheek. Mags didn't even look like herself, her limbs were all dislocated, and everything she owned was elongated to twice its normal size. I didn't even know how to explain how incredibly sad she looked right now. "Ah-am" The Alpha cleared his throat, getting the attention of the room as he stepped out of Jeanie's office. "We need to move Margot to the pack hospital if we want to give her a chance to survive." He said to me quietly. "We need to move her back home." I stood up and looked directly at the Alpha. "Melia, that isn't an option right now." Alpha August looked

26. NIGHT TERRORS

MELIA POVAbuela was working on Maggie but kept pausing and shaking her head like nothing she was doing was helping. Abuela had been at it for hours and finally looked up at my mother and father, shaking her head, then bowing her head in defeat. “I’m sorry, High Priest and Priestess, but I have never encountered anything like this before. This isn’t magic related. I need to do some more research before I can try again.”Tears fell down my mother's cheek, and my father wrapped his arm around her shoulder and squeezed. After a few, never-ending moments, mom finally spoke.“Thank you, Abuela, I appreciate the effort. Please let us know if you find anything that might help our girl.”Abuela nodded her head before she took her leave.“Come, Melia, we all must get some rest. Alpha August is here, and he isn’t happy.”I sighed at my mother but took the hand she extended to me.“We will worry about it tomorrow. Get some rest, my sweet tootsie girl.” She pulled me close and kissed me on the

27. TRICKY LITTLE WITCHES

ALPHA AUGUST POV"August man, I know this is your child and I'm wrong for even putting this out in the multiverse, but it's been over a week and we haven't even spoken about our pack." Thomas looked over at me cautiously."I know man, but I can't just leave her. She is going to need me when she wakes up. Besides, Lenny has the pack under control while we are away." I shrugged off his worry."August, what about Cici? Our best warriors are here, not guarding our people or our territory. Aren't you the least bit worried about their safety?" Thomas was getting irritated with me."Thomas man, if you feel you need to go to the pack, then I won't stop you, but I'm not leaving my daughters unprotected." I rubbed my temples trying to relieve the mini migraine that had started to form. "I would never leave my Alpha unprotected, but I'm missing my wife and children. Maybe Lenny and I can switch on and off?" Thomas was holding his breath waiting for me to bite his head off."Sure man, if that's

28. THE DREAMWEAVER

MELIA POV It took Jeanie three whole days and a 3-hour car ride which felt like an eternity before she could get in touch with anyone that was able to help us with our plan. "Don't ask too many questions and, for the love of our goddess, please do not tell him your true identity." Jeanie whisper-yelled as she was ushering us into the back entrance of a 5-story building. The building was very basic from the outside, but each floor we moved through was more beautiful than the next. There were beautiful colors and the most beautiful people dancing around in the fast-moving lights. Even the drinks were beautiful with swirls of color and glitter. Women were hanging from ropes tied to the ceiling and standing on moving platforms. It kind of reminds me of a circus of avatars. There was way too much space in this building, as if it was going on for miles and miles. We went from a floor of black and glitter to a floor of mirrors that was as red as blood, up to a floor that was one big

29. CAMILLA

MELIA POV I must have fallen asleep because as soon as we crossed over into our coven's territory I felt an overwhelming sense of urgency that startled me awake. "Melia, Macie, is that you guys? Where have you been? Everyone has been looking for you two." A voice came through my mindlink. "Maggie? Is that really you? Are you awake?" I tried not to cry. "Of course, who else would it be?" Maggie sassed back at us. "She's back!" Maisie grabbed hold of my shoulders from the back seat. "It really worked?" Jeanie was in complete shock. "We're coming, Maggie, we will be there in . . Without warning, Maisie shimmered us to Margot's bedside. We climbed into bed with her, one on each side. "You two are squashing me," Margot whined, trying to make more room for herself. We hugged her tighter. "You're finally awake Maggs, we were so afraid we had lost you forever." Maisie laid her head on Maggie's shoulder. "Was that you guys in my dream earlier or was it my imagination?" It was us,
