PAISLEY'S POVI yawn loudly sitting up on my bed as I rub my eyes gently trying to clear out the blur, the loud knock on my door came again making me sigh deeply and shoving my leg into my flip flop."What is it!" I hiss as I drag my feet to the door, unlocking it and pulling it open to see my kid sister standing right in front of me. "Jane?""Good Morning Paisley, Mom asked me to come check if you have woken up and also, breakfast is ready" she said as I nodded and slammed the door shut.I checked my phone for time to see that it was already a few minutes to 7:00 and I had thirty minutes to get ready. I quickly dashed into the bathroom and had a quick bath and brushed my teeth. My outfit for the day was already selected last night because I always have issues with making outfit choices, not like I have much clothes though.I slipped my jean trouser and Polo on and turned to the mirror to do my hair. I gently but quickly brushed my hair and pulled it back in a low ponytail.I grabbed

PAISLEY'S POVWhat in God's name could he be doing outside my house! What does he want after ruining my day!?I stared at my phone screen, mutely fuming in anger as I reluctantly threw the phone to my bed not minding where it might land.I slipped on the same outfit I wore earlier and grabbed my bag and phone as I angrily walked out of the house. I really didn't want to see Killian, but trying to resist him will only create a scene that might prolong his stay till my parents arrive.I am definitely not ready for my parents to see him, they do not know that we have grown apart and they might end up making Killian stay longer.I got out of the front door and locked it as I turned to see him resting his back on his car with his arms crossed around his chest, I sighed deeply trying to suppress my anger and then walked towards him."Killian, why are you here? What do you want from me?" I asked, stopping a few meters away from him to maintain distance.Looking into his face I almost forgot

PAISLEY'S POV"Get in the car" his grumpy cold voice uttered as he looked up from his phone giving me a glimpse of his silver colored eyes that held most of his manly charms. "Get in the car, Paisley," he repeated with his face void of expression as he opened the car door for me.I scoffed and dropped the shopping bags on the floor. "What do you want, Killian?" I asked with my arms folded against my chest. "I am tired and in a hurry" I uttered calmly out of exhaustion as I pointed at the bags on the floor.Just then he hissed and walked towards me looking straight at the bags. "Hey! What are you doing!?" I yelled as he tried carrying the bags, I yanked his arms off in agitation as he glared at me with his hard eyes, almost making me cringe. "I will yell if you come any closer, I warned you to stay away from me. Go back to wherever you were!"."I'm sure you wouldn't like me to go the hard way, I don't want to force you in. Your resistance is only making me sexually aroused so…" At the

KILLIAN'S POV I drove my white new model Lamborghini at a high speed of 150 speedometer, it was totally dangerous but… Not for me, I'm not human so I was totally careful even when I'm doing a risky thing. The road was totally busy as usual, especially as people were going home from work, luckily there were no cops around to stop me and waste my time in any form. Of course, I would never drive at such a speed if I had Paisley in here with me. I am trying so hard to get her back without forcing her or probably abducting her as my brain had suggested, but scaring her with this high speed would only make her hate me more. It was evening and as usual I was going to do what I have been doing for two weeks now. Yes, I have been back for two weeks but was caught up with some crazy things that made me not see Paisley sooner. I slowly halted my car a few meters away from Paisley's house to avoid suspicions, ever since what happened six months ago that made me leave for Mexico I have

PAISLEY'S POV I anxiously gulped hard as my feet glued to the stairs, I felt frozen to the spot as I prayed that once I turned I would see someone other than Killian. "Paisley! It's your mate! It's uncle Killian. Look!" Jane, called enthusiastically as I slowly turned to meet his gaze hard on me, he had his usual dark smirk on his lips which made me feel like I was melting down. I carefully guided my wobbly legs down the wooden stairs and stopped right at the edge of the stairs, I forced an awkward smile out of my lips as Killian smiled back. I would totally rip off his heart if I was strong enough, what's his intention for coming here!? "Paisley, you didn't tell us that your mate was back! He had been back for four days and you didn't even care to say anything to us?" Dad said, giving me a scornful glare as I cleared my throat and glanced over at Killian, his gaze was still fixed on me without blinking and that alone was making me confused on what to reply to my father.
