PAISLEY'S POV

I stood mutely by my wardrobe as I watched Killian's void expression, I was short of words and reaction and all I could do was nervously gulp… A gulp which turned out louder than expected.

"Are you okay, Love?" Killian said in his very masculine voice with his eyebrow raised in inquiry, I nodded my head as I rubbed my sweaty palm on my dress. "I was kidding, go have your bath" he said in a light chuckle as I heaved a breath I didn't know I was holding.

I sighed deeply and clenched my pajamas and towel to my chest as I made my way out of the room to the bathroom.

His presence was making me nervously, the thought of going back to my room and seeing him probably shirtless and getting ready to sleep was making my heard beat so fast and I bet he could hear my thudding heartbeat.
