Amelie POV Monday came quickly and I was on my way to school. I considered begging off school, but I knew that would be alarming to Kate and Colby. Amelie POVI start my trek, slowly, behind the waterfall. I try to scent if anyone is close by; however, with the smell of the waterfall, it easily masks any scent. It causes me to pause and consider if this is the wisest place to stay for the night. But I see no other options and have to trust that I am making the best choice to remain safe.I take my final steps before I am at the cave’s entrance.
