The Lycan King’s Wanted Mate のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 121 - チャプター 130

Aurelia's POVHe locked me up in my room all day without a drop of water or a taste of food. I was drained and weakened by hunger and thirst by the time a maid came in carrying a tray. She placed it on my bed and headed out. I didn't expect much from Adrian and since he was hellbent on punishing me, the small portion of food that was before me wasn't a surprise.I had expected it. Regardless, I ate what I was given, in hopes that it wasn't poisoned but then again, if poison didn't kill me, starvation just might.I could survive on only water but I wasn't just eating for myself this time around. I rubbed my belly- something that was slowly becoming a subconscious action but I had better get it under control if I didn't want Adrian to notice. He was neither dumb nor stupid. He could pick up on the strange habit in no time.I stared at the room that had now become a prison to hold me in. There was no excuse to even step outside to sunbathe. It had just been three days yet it felt like a

Aurelia's POV"No," I refused."Please, Miss Aurelia," Olivia, the new maid assigned to me, begged with tears in her eyes. "Don't put me in trouble. Alpha Adrian said to not come without you."I shook my head and folded my arms, "I'm not going." My mind was made up. I've barely had anything to eat in days, I was weak and my knees could hardly hold me up. I threw up every morning and late at night- no one knew this part- still, Adrian felt it was time to play chess with him? What kind of sick bastard was he?I was convinced he was suffering from temporary amnesia now."He'll come here himself and I don't think you'll like that," she said again."Olivia, it doesn’t matter what I do. I'm going to get punished either way. I'm punished for shutting up. Might as well be stubborn and have my way for once.""What's taking so long?" I gripped my arm at Adrian's voice. Olivia stepped aside as she was beside the open door. She kept her hands behind her and lowered her head, afraid to meet his ga

Aurelia's POV"Any news?" I immediately asked when Olivia walked in. She looked frightened already and my heart sank further when she shook her head. "Are they not in the mansion?""They are but," she hesitated. "They are refusing to see you."That was strange. Even if Glenn was proving stubborn, I knew Casey wouldn't. But both of them had helped me a great deal last time. I needed one last favour from both of them."Did they say why?""No. The second I mentioned your name, they turned around and said never to mention you again. I'm really sorry."Was this Adrian's doing? He must've threatened them somehow. Who knew what happened after I left? Maybe that was how he found me."Do you know what happened after I left?" I asked and she shook her head. Explaining that she only got here the morning before I was brought in. He went as far as changing the maids around me and made sure that they couldn't see me.Adrian really had his mind made up on this war with Norton, huh? By now, the lette

Aurelia's POV"Agh!" I groaned in pain as I struggled with Adrian, trying to get my hair out of his merciless grip. He didn't budge. He only held on tighter. Tears rolled down my cheek due to the pain. His fierce face was so close to mine. I could see the anger in his eyes and the betrayal he thought I played on him."Let me go!" I fought back. I needed to get away from him. What if he decided to punch me in the stomach? I was still in the first trimester and I had to be very careful or else…I didn't want to even think!"You've been acting all innocent like a damn virgin!" He yelled at me. I grabbed his wrist and tried to pull him off me but I was nowhere near his strength."Who knocked you up? Answer me!""Who else?"I glanced at Aria. She was standing by the door with her arms folded. She must be enjoying the show even without a smile on her face. Her words didn't carry a name but both Adrian and I knew who she referred to. He was barely holding back his wolf now as he was growling

Aurelia's POV"Alpha Adrian sent me to give you this. His guests have arrived.""Guests," I looked towards the window. "This late at night?""He said they've been travelling far," she said. "I've never seen the Alpha so happy before," she was smiling now and I wondered how important those people were. "He's holding a feast soon.""So I have to attend?" I looked down at the dress she presented to me. "Can't I just stay in my room?" I had no business there."Besides, meeting his guests are not my duties. That's Aria's. I'm not taking her place. Send the dress back-""What?" Her eyes widened in shock."I won't be attending," I walked back to my bed and climbed in, arranging my pillows so I could rest my back on it. I could really use a massage right now."Oh and on your way back, get me something warm to drink-""Aurelia," Adrian barged in. He was all dressed up like he was welcoming a king. He had his hair braided and it looked really nice. For a wicked Alpha, he sure had a bright smile
