Sitting alone in my room, scanning through the open window as the breezy air flowed in, gave me more reason to remain drained in my thoughts. It all seemed more like a dream to me when the slow clicking of the door crept into my being, and the creaking sound like that of a rusty gate, came overflowing in my head. "So you're still here sleeping, sleepyhead?!" Someone spoke. That voice I couldn't recognize, as my mind was muddled with sleep. I could hear faint footsteps flowing in, plastering softly on the wooden floorboard as they became more resounding in my head now. More like a flash, a quick slap lashed on my left thigh, and I jerked off from my bed.
