A new school

Walking through the hallway, Emily had responded cheerfully to all the greetings she received from the students. She was the beta's mate and that was a position she had to be respected for.Walking into their class they sat together as they stared boringly at the white board and plain walls. They were early so no lectures had started and few students were loitering about. "Seriously Emily, who are you?" Anabelle asked in amazement. "I'm a werewolf," Emily said as rested on the desk. "Everyone here is a werewolf, I'm not talking about that. It's about the way you were greeted, I mean you were greeted with much more respect than other students so i don't think you are an ordinary werewolf." "I am Beta's mate, that's why," she said as she smiled lightly. "Oh, so who is the beta?" she asked as she didn't know much about werewolves. The only thing she knew was that they were some cursed creatures. "He is Lucas, my soulmate. He works with the Alpha, "she said simply. "Oh.. okay," w

The newbie

Emily could only stare dumbfoundedly as Annabelle's words kept replaying continuously in her head. With a shake of her head she blinked at Annabelle. "I'm disappointed," she said as she closed her notepad and held her head. "What's the matter, are you Ill?" Annabelle asked as she stared at her."Annabelle, you are making me sick," she complained as she rested her head on her arms. "Was it because of my plans of escaping?""Exactly, Annabelle, that's it.""But what's wrong with me trying to make an escape plan," she asked as she was already getting offended. "You'll put me into trouble, my life would be in trouble if you escape and I can't let that happen," she said as she turned to the other direction knowing that Annabelle wasn't happy, but she couldn't help it. The sound of the bell made Emily stand up as she arranged her things. She was so happy that the boring class was over and it was time for fun. "Let's go," she said to Annabelle as she walked to the door. "Annabelle,"

Late bloomer

The ringing of her alarm made her grumble in her sleep before turning it off. She had cursed the inventor of that specific alarm in her room. Rubbing her eyes sleepily, she still felt like sleeping but she had to go to school. She doesn't know when Emily would return, but she wasn't told not to attend school, so she had to prepare for school. After brushing her teeth and taking her bath, she headed to the kitchen and took some slices of bread before walking into her room to get dressed in her uniform. After brushing her hair and making it fall over her neck in order to conceal the marking, she picked her backpack from where she had left it yesterday. She wasn't given an assignment so she had no reason to open it throughout yesterday. Stepping out of the house, she banged the door like she does to her former house before walking out the gate. But she didn't enjoy the noise it made, as she had expected it to vibrate as though chills had run through it like her old house does, but

Bullied

Seated in an empty classroom, Annabelle stared outside the window as she watched some students playing around when she suddenly heard the creaking sound of the door. With the thought that it was Emily's friends, she remained seated where she was without turning back, when all of a sudden, she felt as though cold water had been poured on her as her hair and uniform got drenched and waters were now running down her hair. Turning behind her within a swift movement, she was startled to see the girl she had met the other day when she was in search of her locker. Staring at her now drenched uniform, she turned her gaze to the girl without saying a word as she was still in shock while the cold water kept dripping down her wet uniform. And when she was about to walk out of the empty classroom, she got pulled back with a great force which made her lose her balance. She would have beaten her to pulp if not for the pains she felt from the markings, it was intensifying."Where do you think yo

Scratched by her claws

Blinking her eyes open, she stared at the white ceiling while groaning. The beeping sound of the electrocardiographic heart monitor made her groan while her eyelids felt too heavy to be left open, and the sun rays which were peeking into the room worsened the situation. Remembering what had happened before she passed out, she sat up abruptly. "Ouch…" she grunts as she feels a throbbing headache deep within her head. She was about climbing down the bed, but the voices of people she heard behind the door made her lie motionless as she pretended to be asleep. "She lost a lot of blood from the fight she got engaged in, but we are so fortunate that you arrived quickly before she could have been hit by the truck." "And the markings, your absence has started making it have negative effects on her. So you need to be by her side always in order for her not to feel the pain excessively and make her get used to staying by your side. " "I've heard you, Sam," Alpha Alvin replied. "Then I'l

Disappointment

The sobs of Annabelle could be heard in the room. She cried weakly as she was tired of struggling. "Alvin let me be, leave me alone, I won't pull it out anymore," she had given up on trying to get off his grip by herself. "Just leave me," she said and he left knowing that she wouldn't pull it off as she had said. "Alvin take me home," she said with her head bent as she stared at her bed sheet. "Say something Alvin, I need to go home!" she yelled at him. "I can't, Annabelle, I just can't.""What do you mean by you can't? You brought me here Alvin!" She yelled as she threw her cushion at him."That's why I hate you," she said as she continued throwing anything her hands held at him. Pulling out the syringe from her wrist, she jumped down the bed and was about to run out of the room but was held by him."Alvin let me go, I said let me go!" she yelled as she continued crying. "You took me from my home and brought me here, claiming that my home wasn't safe and my life was under th

Not safe

Turning to see the Alpha and doctor staring at them with raised eyebrows, they froze to the floor and stood like manikins. With a shake of his head, Alpha Alvin walked away while the doctor still continued staring at them. "You both should get a room," he said before adjusting his glasses and walking away, leaving the couples embarrassed. "What do you think Emily, should we get a room?" Lucas whispered in her ears with a smirk. "Jeez! Lucas, you are a pervert. I'm even more embarrassed now," she complained before walking away. *"Ugh....." Annabelle groaned as she stirred in her sleep. "Ahhhh," she continued groaning as a pained expression was worn on her face while tear drops escaped her eyes. "Mhm," she answered sleepily as she squinted her eyes."Annabelle," Alpha Alvin called again. He had been awake all through the night keeping watch on her."Ahhh!" she cried louder as she held her stomach that had been scratched by the strange girl's claws."Alvin?" she called when she

Rogue wolf

Blinking her eyes open, she got hypnotised by his exposed broad muscine chest. His six packs were all revealed and she couldn't help but stare drowsily. His long gold hair wasn't a mess like her's, as It was as though he wasn't sleeping because his hair was still properly arranged. But she didn't expect to be pulled back to his chest while his eyes remained closed. She tried rolling away but he held her in place."Alvin," She called as she stared at his face. She couldn't decipher if he was really sleeping or awake. "Make yourself feel comfortable Annabelle, because I have no plans on letting you go," he said as he released his grip a little for her to be able to feel comfortable on him."Seriously Alvin, don't you have pack duties to do?""Annabelle, will you stay properly with me or you'll continue talking?""So you won't let me go?" She asked with a pout. "Time up," he said and was about tightening his grip on her but she stopped him. "Okay, but could you please wear

One stone to kill double birds

Watching silently as the men walked towards her while she tried cutting the chains to escape, they held her shorts and were about to pull it off but were stopped by the Alpha as he raised his hands into the air swiftly. "Before we go to that extent, how about we use one stone to kill two birds," he said as he walked towards the chest and picked out an arrow and a bow before walking back to the already quivering Annabelle. "Annabelle come and stand before me," he said, which made her heart skip in fear as though they were going to protrude out of her chest. "M...e?" she stuttered as she asked to be sure, and when he nodded, she looked around before walking with shaking legs towards him. Standing before him, he smiled lightly at her which no one else saw apart from her as he walked behind her. "Hold the bow," he told her as he fixed the arrow."Our target would be her right knee," he told her as he held her hands to the bow while her heart continued beating hard as she felt like bl

An arrow at his balls

Glaring at him, she muttered some inaudible things that he couldn't hear because she only moved her lips as though she said something. "And I told you that it was an insult. I'm seventeen so stop telling me such things," she complained."You are seventeen, so say it," he dared her."I shot an arrow at his.... Alvin I can't say that," she said with a pout. "Say it," he said as he stared at her seriously which made it obvious to her that he wasn't joking. "I'll say it tomorrow," she said as she walked away from the window and was walking to the door but he pulled her back. "Annabelle, are you normal, didn't you learn biology?" he asked her frustratingly. "I didn't," she replied gently because he wasn't pleased. "But you studied zoology?" he asked with raised eyebrows. "Alvin let me go. I said I'll say it tomorrow," she said as she tried pulling her hand off his grip, but it was impossible. "Why do you think I'll let you go?" he said which made her scared as she moved backwards bu
