Leaving

Chapter ElevenAria's PovI froze as the sound of gunshots echoed through the woods, the birds flying in fright. My heart skipped a beat, and a cold sweat broke out on my forehead, muttering a silent prayer under my breath, I hoped that none of the brothers, especially Colton, was shot.I hesitated for a moment before opening my eyes, and to my dismay, it was exactly what I had been avoiding—the security team of the Crescent territory, the CFI."What's going on, Alphas?" a lady said, looking around the scene."We got a report from the inhabitants of the slums that there was a loose, legendary wild wolf rampaging the woods.""And I wasn't expecting to see you two here," she added."A wild wolf? Come on, there's no such thing," Orion immediately said. I turned to Colton, who had a jacket over his waist but no pants on.He must have probably shifted back to his human form, not wanting to be seen in his wolf form.No Alpha would want to be seen in this situation."Alpha Colton? oh my God.

Chapter Twelve Aria's Pov I turned around in shock as I heard his voice behind me. Anger surged through me."How dare you show your face here?" I asked as he just stared at me, his eyes filled with anger also. "Are you planning to defy my dad's order and leave with her?" He said, referring to my mum, making me give them a quizzical look."What's he talking about mum?" I asked as he turned to me."And you, are you ready to apologize?" But I didn't respond and rather shot him a piercing stare."I see you still haven't gotten over me," he mocked, looking around the house as I folded my fist."And who said I haven't?" I spat."Seems you don't want your parents to live," he whispered as I gave a small laugh, wondering where I got the boldness."Do you think I cheated on you? I wasn't even dating you, you were dating yourself." he suddenly said as I gave him a questioning stare."And, I'm not sorry to say this, but it was all part of the plan, the birthday surprise at the cafe, the video

Chapter Thirteen Aria's pov "Oh no, what are they doing here?" I whispered, feeling a sense of unease."This wasn't the time. I wasn't ready for their dramas," I thought, dreading their arrival."It's the cursed bond that brought Orion here, so what about Colton?" I wondered, refusing to believe he would stalk me."What a nice surprise," Alpha Kingsley said, his gaze fixed on the brothers."It's nice to see you," he added, trying to maintain a pleasant tone."And you too, Alpha," Orion replied, making his way toward me."How's your father doing? I hope he has been taking his medication," Kingsley asked, his concern masked by a thin smile, as Orion simply shrugged in response."Very well, but his health is getting worse," he reluctantly admitted."Oh, that's good. Marcus has always been a weak man, so it will be better he leaves this world immediately," Kingsley mocked, accompanied by a small laugh."Don't worry, I'll drop by soon to check on his sick ass," he taunted, showing a lack

Chapter FourteenAria's POV"You need to be calm mum," he said in a hurry."No, I don't want to hear that. Glamour has been in tears since she heard the news," the grand luna said, and I shuddered."What's Glamour doing here mum? You've got to let her out of this. ""I've been with Glamour for twenty-five years now, and we are just friends. I don't know why you instigated this in her heart," he said in anger as I tried to understand what was going on."And how are we sure that she's even my mate?" he asked angrily."Maybe if you had stayed home last night, you would have marked her under the lunar tether," she said disdainfully."And my mate? What do I do with her?" he asked."The same thing you will do with her now that you've marked your brother's mate," she spat in anger as my heart sank.I was like a demon, causing discord in a beautiful family."I've been trying to build this bond between your brother and you for a while now, but when it just began growing, a jezebel came to dest

Chaos

Chapter Fifteen Aria's povI regained consciousness in a dimly lit room, The air felt heavy with a mix of dampness and tension."She will be okay right?" Princess's said in the background."Yes, darling," a voice replied."Why did you let her go into the pool?" Glamour asked with so much hatred evident in her voice."Don't you know it was a family pool?" she added..."But she's part of the family," Princess defended."And who said she is?""Well, she's Uncle Orion's mate, so she's part of the family. If anybody here isn't family, then it's you, bitch," Princess said angrily."What, Princess?" Her mum said, walking her out of the room."Luna, did she just say that to me?" Glamour asked as I tried not to laugh. In a space of two days, this was the second time I will be passing out.Everything was just happening too fast."All this is happening because of this bitch," the Grand Luna spat in anger."She needs to leave this house, I can't stand her."I closed my eyes tightly and looked a

Jane

Chapter Sixteen Orion's Pov "Mum, you just watch her leave?" I exclaimed, stunned by her decision."That's good riddance, son. She's originally your brother's mate, and he loves her. He will keep her safe," she explained."You know how Colton can be sometimes," I mused, lost in thought."How could this have happened?" I wondered, gazing around the room."Do you love her?" My mum suddenly asked, and I shot her a questioning stare."What? No, of course not," I immediately replied."Then let her go.""It's not as easy as you think, you don't know how I feel when she's in danger." "Oh goddess, what offense have I committed?" My mum asked, anger evident in her voice as I turned to face her."Why would you bless my home with such a girl as the mate to my sons?" she asked angrily, heaving a sigh."We need to find a way to break the bond instead of complaining," I suggested, walking out of her room as she wept, but then I noticed something odd, it was Glamour standing by the door."Has she

Chapter Seventeen Orion's POV"What? You dare accuse the Alpha?" Andrew growled, his fists clenched as Jane held the gun tightly, her hand trembling. "And if you move, I'll shoot," she threatened, her voice shaking."What is this all about, Jane?" I asked, struggling to contain my anger."Don't act like you don't know, Alpha," she replied, her tone filled with bitterness."Suit yourself, Jane. You've only caused more trouble for yourself," I said, seething with anger, and turned to leave to walk into my car when she suddenly shot the gun."You should know, I'm bigger than that," I muttered, removing the bullet and getting into the car."Let's go, Andrew," I said, signaling him to join me."What's happening, Alpha?" He asked concern etched on his face."You two have met before?" he asked as I gave a nod."So...." "What exactly do you want to know?" I questioned, my expression perplexed."You look weak," he observed, his eyes narrowing as he tried to change the discussion, seeing I wa

Chapter Eighteen Aria's POVI turned to look at Orion, his face contorted with anger."What do you mean by she has a child?" he asked, leaving the couch and walking to Ethan."Well, I'm serious," he said."Then where's this child of hers?" he suddenly asked as Ethan went mute."I think she died," he said as Andrew scoffed, obviously not believing a word of his as I sighed in relief."And why is she lying weakly on the floor? How dare you treat her as your servant?" he seethed, his voice filled with rage. I could only imagine the pain he would endure because of me."That's her place, she's a servant, because my dad, Alpha Kingsley bought her." he suddenly said as I turned to look at him in awe."What do you mean your father bought her?" Orion demanded, striding towards Ethan with fury in his eyes."Don't you know she's mine?" he growled, his voice dripping with anger."You still call this bitch your mate?" Ethan sneered, a smirk playing on his lips."Then what's your mate doing in you

The mate or maid?

Chapter NineteenAria's Pov"Was he being serious?" my wolf asked as I shrugged."He's sending us to our doom," she added. "And if I don't find a way to break the bond before next week, then I have no option but to make her my Luna," he said, and Mina's face suddenly turned sour."But don't worry, she'll still be your servant until I'm satisfied with her services.""I can't watch you make this low-life the Luna of this pack, no," she said, her voice dripping with anger."You heard me, Mum. I'll be making her my Luna if the bond isn't broken," he repeated, a smirk playing on his lips as the Mina stood up."I wish Philia was here, she was far better than this low life" she suddenly said, and the look on Orion changed."Don't mention her name again," he said, and Mina just gave him a stare. "You aren't the only one pained by her death, I am too. She was carrying my grandchild.""That's enough," he yelled at her, and she immediately burst into tears."I wish she was here, oh my poor Phil

The apology

Chapter Twenty Aria's Pov "Argh!" I screamed as she placed her hands above my lips."Don't you dare waste your screams? No one will come to save you, not even Orion, because this doesn't affect him," she said with a smirk."How dare you?" I asked, not able to control my anger as I ran towards her and pulled her hair."What did I do to you? How dare you pour that on me?" I asked, not knowing what it was, but still feeling the sting."Let me go!" she yelled in anger, struggling with me."I won't," I said, holding tight to her hair. "I won't let you go, bitch," I said angrily as the maids rushed in.I was now ready for a fight as they pulled her from me."I'll deal with you," she said and without warning, I lunged forward, grabbing a handful of her hair again, while yanking her head back as she screamed in anger and tried to break free, but I held her tight.Suddenly, we heard a loud crash as the servants rushed in to separate us. They pulled us apart, and I could feel the anger radiati
