Stefan pov.I stared at Ben in astonishment as I tried to reason well to his question before answering, so that I won't give myself out and give the press a pleasure or space for criticism. I was in-between, I was thinking that my father must have told him to ask that question because the conflict between my father and me was not so obvious, so nobody must have given him a clue and I had no befitting answer for him.My friends stood up to their feet, ready to show themselves to the cameras and to tell Ben to fuck off, but they were stopped by the watch guards at the door, who were just there to make sure that everything was intact. They were made to sit down back unwillingly. But as always, Ralph was there to stop the shits, he stepped forward with a frown on his face, "I think your question is too personal, try asking one that has nothing to do with his father.""Oh! I'm sorry, I will keep that in check." Ben said and Ralph nodded before stepping back to his previous position.I glan

Stefan pov.I came down from the plane in New York City and breath-in the fresh air, feeling at peace. This is the exact thing I want. I thought and began with my remaining journey out of the plane and down to the floor. I adjusted my blinds and face cap I used as disguise so as not to be recognized.I met a man holding a medium size banner with my name boldly written on it, giving me a clue that he was the man that Ralph prepared for me to take me to my lounge."You must be Mr Stefan." The man asked me and I nodded. "Please come with me." He told me.I followed the man to the car he was with, as he helped me to fix my luggage inside the trunk, and I entered with him without saying anything to each other, I was not in the mood for any discussion, and all I wanted was to just get to my hotel room and relax for the day, and maybe check in at a restaurant for the night. When we got at the hotel Ralph prepared, the man helped me in signing-in into the hotel and we left the lobby to the el

Mabel pov.I held tightly to Stefan's hand as I held the words of the doctors. They wanted to start the operation fully, they had only covered up the parts of his body, where he was bleeding from, in other words stopping the bleeding, so that he wouldn't lose much more blood than he had already lost, they have not begin any treatment on him since he was not cooperating with them like they said and they feared that he won't make it, as he was not willing to fight. But seeing that he gripped my hand gave them an assurance that he would be willing to fight now, probably to come back to me and that got me crying, he loved me, even at the point of death."Ma'am, I think you have to leave here now." A nurse said to me, ready to lead me out of the room.I nodded understanding that they were considering the fact that I was pregnant and that I might not like the sight of blood, which of course was simply the truth, I was even almost barfing at the thought of it not talking of seeing it.I gent

Mabel pov."But......" The doctor said."But what?" We managed to asked him."But he slipped into coma. I'm sorry we couldn't do more than that, we operated on him too late, I don't even know that the operation will be successful, I also went ahead with it because of the signs he showed when you came in, so I had no choice and luckily, it was successful like we wish, but he only slipped into coma, which I hope he will wake up from soon and that will be with your helps of course." The head doctor announced and I felt my tears blinding me, as I gently cried."W....when do you t....think he will be waking up, doctor?" I questioned him, with my glassy eyes and my voice breaking."I have no idea of that, but hopefully, today or tomorrow." He replied and clenched his both palms together, "I have to be in my office right now, meanwhile, he will be transfer to a ward right now." He said and walked away.I slumped on the floor weakly but was lucky to be caught by Owen before I could reach the

Please read this chapter before the previous one, sorry for the mistake. Mabel pov. After drinking the drink Mr Jack brought, I stared around at everybody as their eyes were on me, maybe expecting any evil thing to begin to happen to me as it was quite obvious that they were scared, well I was too, but the drink was so nice as it was, like it just calmed my reasoning."That is a really good drink Mr Jack." I told him in appreciation."I told you it's special, so that's it, it's actually a fruit drink, but made with varieties of fruit." He told me with his still cold eyes that I wondered if anyone could ever cause him a smile, maybe just a little stretch of the lips, but that would be a hard task."Oh!" I muttered and checked the paper cup of the drink to see that there was no label that says that the drink was any of the things he mentioned. The paper cup was just covered with some beautiful drawings and paintings.I gently dropped the cup and gulped, slightly regretting my actions,
