I can't believe I'm here right now. Never in my life did I think I would be standing in front of this mirror yet not see myself looking at me."you look beautiful Mika " i heard Monique speak as i looked at both my sisters through the mirror.I sighed. " Am I making a mistake?"They moved closer to me and made me sit down. "This is what you've always dreamed about. You have wanted this man for as long as you met him, however, you need to ask yourself if that is worth it. Because if you want to back out then you know Monique and I will always support you." Shine said."That's true. And if you need sometime away then you can come and stay with either of us and it's not a problem."I looked down to my hands, "I don't want to disappoint dad. And maybe things will be different when he gets to know me.""Sis, if that is what you want then we will be beside you every step of the way. Just know that there is no shame in walking out if things are toxic and negative for you."We heard someone

Cole's PovAfter the fight with my dad, I went to my old room to cool off. I was so mad at my father for choosing my side. I have always wanted to please my father and do right by him. For some reason it has never been enough. I keep pushing but its like he wants more each time. I might always want his approval, the one thing I refuse to curve on is Mika. He keeps forcing me to get to know her but, I think she is just a selfish person who thought I could be a challenge she could win over. My heart could never be hers because mine belongs to another. She is beautiful, I will give her that for sure. With her big beautiful eyes and smooth skin. Wait! What am saying? I am not attracted to her and that's just it."Who are you talking to?" I heard a soft voice behind me.I turned around quickly and opened my arms for her. "No one my darling just needed to be alone for sometime."She pulled back slightly. "Another fight with your dad?""ya and I just needed to be alone before I could join

Mika's povI woke up with a pounding headache, I looked around and realized that I was back in my room at Cole's house. I can't really call this place my home cause it honestly doesn't feel like it. I sat up and slowly got up as not to make the ache any worse. I did my morning routine and took a hot shower. I took my time in the shower. Things are a little bit blurry in my mind. I can't really remember most of the time I was away.Getting out of the shower, I got dressed in a short yellow undress, a happy colour, the opposite of what I was feeling right now. One thing I remembered for sure is that I had decided to ask for a divorce. I just don't know how to bring it up with Cole, he will surely be mad and hate me more than he already does. I went down to the kitchen and got some painkillers, I then got myself some coffee."I see you are doing so much better than you were yesterday."I let out a small scream of fright and turned towards the sound of the voice. "Maria you scared me. Y

Cole's povSince the meeting where Mika dropped her bomb to our parents, I've been trying to make things better between us. But, she is not having it at all. Even when I went knocking on her door to let her know that her pizza had arrived, I wasn't expecting to get a glimpse of her body. She had water running down her body and the little towel she had on wasn't hiding much. I wanted to grab her and take it off of her, knew for a fact that she would have punched me in the troat if I did or maybe even kicked me in the balls and those are very prized jewels that need to be intact. Instead I decided that just looking and imagining what I would do to her if she allowed me to touch her. She snapped me out of my thoughts by rudely asking me what I wanted, I didn't expect her to agree when I asked her to come downstairs. I was setting up our plates with a bit of everything since we had quite alot of food. I was removing the tomatoes from her salad when I heard her clear her throat. I took o

Cole has been nothing but amazing, I know I had a crush and I can say I'm a lucky girl to have him. It may not have started pretty, it's sure a lot prettier now. After not spending a lot of time together this week due to our busy schedules at work, we decided it would be best to spend Friday night indoors. I had my head on his chest and his hand around my waist. Every now and then he would rub my a$$. "We are suppose to be watching the movie." I said to him.I felt him laugh, "I am watching the movie. Am I distracting you?" He asked playfully. He pulled my leg so I ended up on top of him. "Maybe you prefer us like this."I put my hand on his chest to lift myself up. "Now how are we going to watch like this?""I have other ideas we can use." He was so fast when he flipped us over so that I was laying at the bottom. Without wasting time, he started teasing by softly kissing me and moving to neck. I had missed him so much and I allowed him to continue."I've missed you so much this pas
