Lahat ng Kabanata ng My Human Mate: Kabanata 171 - Kabanata 180

(CARA'S POV)I would never admit it to anyone, but it was worse being alone, with Teo gone, I felt more alone than I had ever felt my whole life and I couldn't help but wonder what he was doing, a part of me wanted him to stay away, never go for help just as Vlad wants, that part of me wanted him to forget about mebut the other part of me want to escape this dark empty cell. Vlad had sent his soldiers to give me my dose of wolf's bane; he was no fool, and he didn't underestimate anyone. I hadn't also eaten in days—I couldn't tell how many days, to be exact. I knew he was waiting for me to beg, beg for some food and water, but if I was going to die, then I would die with my head high, and starving to death was not as bad a way of dying, not when Vlad is concerned. But of course, starving to death wasn't his intention, because the door to my cell finally opened and he walked in, all by himself. My vision was getting messed up, I needed to eat, and I needed to get out of this place. I di

(ROLLINS POV)My hands trailed down Gwen's naked body. I kissed her stomach, which was very big already. She was getting close to delivery, and I knew what that meant. It was only a matter of time; we knew what was coming. I watched as she got thinner every day; she would not make it and this was not me being a pessimist. My hands trailed down to her clit, my hands went in slow motions up and down her sensitive area. She moaned, reaching out to me. I held her hands down and brought her close to her climax before I slammed my cock into her. She moaned out, and I couldn't help but remember Cara moaning out my name. The thought alone made me harder, but I pushed it aside. I had to see that she was no longer mine. When I sensed she was building up again, I went faster, and she cummed hard, her walls clenching around my cock. It took me a few moments to finally cum too. I kissed her, making sure that I held up my weight. She was too fragile now.I laid beside her; her breaths came out in p

(TEO'S POV)I hoped Laurent was alright. In the woods, I thought I heard his familiar scent. I wasn't exactly sure where he was, but I would have to find him. I felt a surge of pity for my junior brother, for the fact that he had believed so much in mates being the perfect match and all; he thought his mate would finally be the one; he would never have to feel lonely again, but he had been wrong.I couldn't hold a grudge against Sophie; everyone had the right to make their own decisions.I headed back into the woods. I didn't miss the many shocked looks I got from pack members; I should be dead. Some stared at me like they had just seen a ghost.I missed them all, more than I could admit to anyone; this had been my home once. But it was not anymore; still, this had been where I had spent the best parts of my life.I headed into the woods, following the familiar trail. After minutes of wondering around, there was still no sign of him. At a point, I thought I wouldn't be able to find him

(Cara's POV)Shade walked into my room. I knew why he was here; it was time for my doze of wolf's bane. The past few days, I have begun to feel less pain anytime the liquid was injected into my veins, but I didn't know how much longer I would last.I didn't know where Rollins was now or what he would be doing. Had Teo found somewhere to start a new life? That would be better for him."It's so funny how this little liquid causes your kind so much pain," Shade said with a smirk as he drew closer. "I love seeing you in pain, and guess what? Vlad had been busy recently..." he trailed off, his hands on my throat. "And right now... he isn't watching you; he has finally seen you for what you are—a slut. He has that already; he doesn't need you, but I want to know... I've always wanted to know what he enjoyed when he was with you and what he saw so differently. His hands went down to my breast, and he pressed hard on it, his eyes brightening up. "Does this turn you on?""Get your hands off me

(SOPHIE'S POV)Ken left to help his master. Vlad. There had been an attack; I heard the shouts; I didn't know what exactly was happening, and maybe I didn't want to know anymore.I had made so many bad decisions in my life; I know I deserved this. I had never been a good girl, unlike Cara. I played with the feelings of others and was only loyal to Cara as a friend. My thoughts were cut short when the door to my room busted open and a vampire walked in. I knew him; he had always watched me with an expression on his face. I could only place it as hunger... and lust; he wanted my blood; he wanted to feed; and he wouldn't care if I died in the process. Ken was nowhere to be found; maybe he was dead. I was shocked that the thought of Ken dead didn't make me feel anything at all.The vampire licked his whitish lips as he moved closer, his dark red eyes regarding me, maybe deciding where to sink his teeth, and then they settled on my baby bump."No!, stay away from me!" I cried out. I hadn'
