PROLOGUE

LILY WINTERSONG POV.I stood admiring him. He was perfect in every sense. His cold grey eyes that told me things, no one would had ever said. His beautiful smile which made the flowers bloom. His gentleness had made me fall on my knees. I blink my eyes a couple of times in case it was a dream but strangely it wasn't. He was the one who told me I was his mate and I denied him. People say he was 800 years old but his looks didn't justify his age. He was waiting for his mate and I don't think I deserved that precious place. It was too real to believe that I was that person. I never looked into his silver eyes directly but whenever I did, it made me feel safe for some reason then some part of me would show me my real face. Everything is Nice when it's new and so was he. I look at the crowd and bite my lips nervously. They made me feel welcome but it wouldn't last long, said a voice inside of me. "I, Alpha Orion Knight in front of my pack and Mighty ancestors take this moment to ann

Chapter 1- MONSTER

LILY WINTERSONG POV. It's been four days since I lost my mother's best friend and her husband. After my mother died her friend was the one who raised me. She had a very beautiful name Abigail Cross. She was more than a person to me. She taught about every werewolves stuff and helped me through every phase. But the most important thing above all this was that She invited me into her family and treated me like her own. Her husband, my stepfather David Cross, was nothing like her. He was kind to everyone but not towards me.He had some unsaid grudge towards me that never went unnoticed. However, I did my best to behave since it was not my house and appreciated everything they did for me but that wasn't enough. Still, I liked him as a Parent figure but never as my father. I did appreciate him for always speaking the truth about me. He was the first one to tell me that I didn't have my wolf when the kids around my age had become friends with their wolf. He would call me to teach self d

Chapter -2 DUNGEON

LILY WINTERSONG POV. I was born in the Nightfall Pack but since the fall of our Luna. The Alpha of our pack couldn't focus on the protection of our pack and this gradually led to the merging of our packs. It was like both the packs were following an unsaid promise towards each other. There's this saying which goes: if you are friends with Silver Knight Pack they will never leave your hand but if you are their enemies they will make sure you have no hands. There are lots of other sayings too which only speak about you staying in their good sight. Our Pack believes too much of these sayings. They say we are in good hands but I knew the silver knight packs were just showing their Dominates around the world. I have agreed to follow these two men who will eventually kill me after sometime. They must be the Soldier of Silverknight Pack. I know Silver Knight Pack is the most notorious pack; they don't show mercy on cases like mine. I rest my head on the window of the car and sense myse

Chapter-3 LETTERS

ORION KNIGHT POV.I had several letters on my table and I read them one by one. Everything was related to War. The irony of the situation was they wanted me to send supplies to both of them and I think it would be my fifth time rejecting their letters. The war between the North Castle and Wildwood Pack is getting out of hand with passing days. I didn't want them to but it looked like their plate was too full.I however didn't want them to fight when the conflict could be solved by words but my council wanted me to stay silent for a while which was not settling well with me."There is a letter for you." Kane said, eyeing that red envelope with interest.Kane was my wolf. He had been my buddy since childhood and still is. I am 800 years old and next year I will turn 801. I picked up the letter but put it back on the table. It was hard to read the letter when the answer was not what you wanted it to be. Kane started pacing inside me which made me anxious. Waiting for my mate this lon

CHAPTER 4 DISTANCE

ORION KNIGHT POV."What do you know?" I questioned him, a little angry. This topic was really sensitive to me. In addition She was my mate. I should be the one to know everything first and It won't surprise me if my anger kills them in future."After so many years, why now?" He questioned. I gave him a look to speak more."You run the most feared Pack and are respected by every other Pack." He said, his gaze was fixed on me like he wanted to make sure I understood his point."I don't think my mate has anything to do with my title." I told him with a straight face and sat on my chair. "I know Alpha, but it does feel suspicious to me." He spoke getting up from his seat. Kane, who didn't like his words sensed doubts from him. "It's not your place to be concerned." I said to him and turned my attention to the files. Kane was the one who suffered the most and now when we finally have the News about my mate I don't think his emotions are going to stop. "Alpha Xavier and Luna Olivia are

CHAPTER - 5 FOUND

LILY WINTERSONG POV.There was a huge metal door with two guards on post. As soon as they saw us they opened the door for me.The guard who was with me talked about something to the ones posted and then he was given a key. Probably the key to the place where I will be staying. I was dragged towards the entrance. I took a step towards the door and felt nauseous. The smell was not something unusual. I wanted to run away but the cuffs on my hands were not going to help me. As I walked further inside. The darkness grew. It was so frightening for both my eyes and ears. I could smell dry blood in the cell. Loud wailing of despair and sense of death inside the dungeon. "Stop trying to resist." He warned me when I stopped walking and he had to pull me hard for me to start walking again. As we were going deeper inside the hell. I saw two guards standing near a cell which had two lamps on either side of the wall."Take her in." The guard commanded them. "We have a cellar inside we can't ke

CHAPTER-6 Silver.

LILY WINTERSONG POV.I was so emerged in his silver eyes that the world around me started to disappear. The deeper I looked in his eyes. It gave me some strange sensation. It felt like a Power which was calling for me. It felt like he needed me for some redemption. Something told me to stop exploring more. A part of me wanted to look more of it but the other side was telling me it was better to stop. I obeyed and turned my gaze towards his face but somehow they fell on his lips. No!!..I saw his lips move and then heard his beautiful voice. "Where have you been?" He asked, touching my cheeks gently. I shivered under his touch. I didn't know how to reply to him as his gaze was fixed and electrifying that he made me forget words. He somewhat made me feel nervous. "You didn't find me soo..ner." I stammered. I don't know if that was right for me to say because a part of me knew I was not born with lucky charm. For some reason it felt strange talking to him. He was my mate. I shouldn'

CHAPTER -7 Kneel

LILY WINTERSONG POV. I was alone in my room, Alpha Orion didn't return after he walked out and for some reason I think he must have realised his mistake of me being his mate. My wolf, whom I met just a few hours ago, is not really interested in talking to me. Slowly the realisation of being in the foreign land is sinking deep. I heard a knock on the door and my body could sense something powerful on the opposite side of it. There was this sudden change around me. I have never felt so attentive of my surroundings before. I knew for sure that my wolf was taking charge. I have learnt how fast and active our wolf can be. So I try to connect to my wolf but receive no response from her. We still need time to bond and understand each other. From the Little conversation we had I can say she isn't a bad person. Even though she wasn't responding to me, she was with me and I could feel her. My senses were on top notch as I clearly heard the knob of the door twist and be Pushed. This could

CHAPTER 8- CONFESS

LILY WINTERSONG POV. I felt this sudden strangeness boiling inside my chest that urged me to obey him and so I kneeled down on the floor before him. My head kept down to the point where I could only see his foot and for the first time I felt like I was doing things without my own and I felt a revolt inside me. "Your history seems to be suspicious. Do you have any explanation for that?" He asked in a voice that roared danger. I remained silent only because I wanted to know what he meant but that. My history? I thought he would speak more for me to understand but what I didn't understand was that I was challenging his anger. "Your own Pack kicks you out and now you are my elder Son's mate? Do you want me to believe you?" He asked with a straight face but held seriousness in his voice. His accusation sends me on edge of emotion. He thinks I am a threat to his Pack? Does Alpha Orion think the same about me? He locked the door before he exited was this the very reason. They all thin

Chapter -9 MATED TO HIM?

LILY WINTERSONG POV. "You will speak the truth and if I catch you lying then you shall be punished with your body" His words hit me like a blade piercing through my soul. I backed away from him trying to escape his presence but to my utter sadness I was trapped in a foreign land with none in my support, so even if I ran I got no place to escape. This was the reality that I wished to forget but whenever I try to put these things aside somehow they always come and stand in front of me. Was my life destined for all these sufferings? “Don't you make me repeat myself! You must know that Luna should take responsibility for her words.” He shouted abruptly, making my face lose all its colour. My body felt like it had drained all the blood out. I failed to differentiate between the man who saved me from being punished in the courthouse and here he was the one going to punish me. “How could you punish this country’s L..Luna?” I stammered but dared to question him. Even if I didn't belie
