Lahat ng Kabanata ng His Human Mate: Kabanata 61 - Kabanata 70

Tanya’s POVThe cab man dropped me off at the villa and I hurriedly ran into the house. He was sitting there waiting for me with a glass of wine and a bottle by the side. He looked completely exhausted, his shirt’s buttons were undone and his hair dishevelled, the bugs that formed around his eyes were a clear indication that he was tired. He slowly looked up at me as I walked in. His gaze was cold, not the usual softness that it had whenever he saw me.“What is wrong? Is everything okay?” I asked as I moved closer and sat beside him. “Where were you?” He asked.“I was at moonlight haven, I missed my friends so I went to see them.” I answered.“You know it’s risky.” He retorted. “I was lonely and it was boring, I needed some air.” I told him.“You should’ve told me.” He turned to look at me.“You were busy…and I didn’t want to disturb you.” I said.“Disturb me? Princess you can never be a disturbance. I am sorry I left you alone all by yourself. When I finished the meeting and I cou

The trio stood a meter away from the Old Nights Villa and watched as the guards patrolled the compound. They had to be as discreet as possible with their movements in order to avoid any suspicions from the guards.“How do we get in? Denise asked the guys.“I think you should go in first Ethan, you work for them and they will not suspect anything.” Ryan turned to Ethan and said.“How is that going to work?” Ethan asked.“You go in and pretend to have information for Jack and you cannot reach him so you came to find him here.” Ryan answered.“And then you can take that time to snoop around and see if your father is there.” Denise added.“You guys have a point…I will find a way to give you guys a signal when I get in.” Ethan said.“Be careful.” Denise cautioned him. He gave them an assuring look and walked away from their hideout. As he moved closer to the house, the guards turned and got their weapons ready to attack.“It’s me, it’s me.” Ethan called out with his hand on his head.“Why

Tanya’s POVI opened my eyes and realised it was already morning and I was laying in Tristan’s bed and I sighed in relief. I was also in my night wear. What really happened last night? The only thing I could remember was sitting on the sofas in the living room and the trance or whatever that was with Orion. I’ll think about that later, I had to focus on the beautiful man that lay beside me. He was sleeping so peacefully and I didn’t want to wake him, his face also registered fatigue. I slowly took his hand away that rested on my body and tried to creep out of bed but then he pulled me back into him.“Where are you sneaking off to Princess?” His eyes remained closed as he asked. With my body pressing against his and his head buried in the crook of my neck, his breath rested sweetly on my neck and it gave me little tingles, the type that could charge me up and it already was.“I thought you were sleeping!” I said with a soft smile. He drew closer and pushed me into him the more. I curv

Tarrell’’s POVThe night was old, the moon hung low in the sky and basked in its full glory. The pack was quiet, everybody had gone to bed too. I was about to go to bed too when I heard loud growling of the wolves, there was trouble and we had to rush to see what it was immediately. As I rushed out, Tristan was already rushing out.“What was that?” I asked.“I think they are trouble. Alert the men, we are heading out into the city now.” He ordered and I began to mind link the guards. We didn’t waste any time, we shifted immediately and allowed our wolves to take control and immediately they did, we ran into the woods heading towards the direction we felt the wolves’ scent coming from.We got there and saw dead bodies on the ground. Their eyes, nose, ears and mouth were all covered with blood. They were killed by the chemical. One of them was still breathing, Tristan rushed to her. “What happened?” He anxiously and furiously asked.“We…were partying…and suddenly, everybody became di

Tristan's POV Gathering the people wasn't going to be an easy task but I was going to get it done regardless. As we drove further into the pack, I brought my phone out and placed a call to Tarrell. "Get the men ready and hurry to the houses closer to the borders, assemble all of them at the old pack house. Let every living soul Shadowclaw pack be there, young and old, male and female. Do it now!" I ordered. I ended the call and sat back in the seat. I couldn't lie, my body was shaking. The emotions that engulfed me at that point were intense in every level, relief and fear spread through my insides too."We will stop by the house, Princess, you won't be joining us. It's too risky for you and the..." I halted immediately. She didn't know it yet and that wasn't the best time to break such news to her. Immediately she looked at me with confused eyes, she knew I wanted to say something but I decided not to. "Is everything okay Tristan?" She quietly asked. In order not to lie to her
