Malakai had power. A hell of a lot of it and he used it to his advantage. He came a long way from when his parents tried to kill him. Yes he experienced so many traumas along the way, the darkness inside him was built from it, but he came out of it stronger than anyone Eden had met. And that was truly admirable. There was always going to be that evil look in Malakai's eyes, his actions are always going to be criminal and his mind is always going to be dark. But it’s dark and beautiful. And that's what Eden fell in love with. "I still feel like this is my fault, no matter what you tell me, Kai. I disobeyed you. I went against you and I shouldn't have. I went and killed Mathew on my own accord and now you're all paying for it." Eden said, the guilt was never going to go away. "Believe me or not Eden, it's not your fault. You were helping a friend that needed helping. You might be a criminal, but even criminals have feelings. They have a past. You had a past friendship with Eleanor

Fuck, Malakai's eyes were loosing consciousness and he was close to falling, but he didn't care. He didn't care that he just got shot. He didn't care that he had a fucking bullet in him. Eden. Eden was his first thought, he wasn't going to break his promise. Everything around him was white noise as he saw Elijah looking at him with a shit eating grin. Malakai had to get back home to his love. So he pushed through the pain. He held his stomach and bit back the pain as he raised his own gun shooting Elijah in his leg. It was so quick no one could register what was happening. "Hope we're not too late." Malakai turned and saw Elias who shot Elijah;s other leg. Behind Elias was his own mafia, thank god. "Just in time." Malakai replied, smirking. He was about to fall but was quickly grabbed by Alec. When did he come? No matter. He was here. The next half an hour Malakai was in and out of consciousness on the sideline. He watched his agents battle Elijah's and Elias’ members helping. I

Alec walked into the weapons room and saw Lilith there looking for something. She looked very confused so he decided to help her. “Hi.” He said, and Lilith turned around in an instant. “Fuck, Alec, you scared the shit out of me.” Lilith said with her hand on her heart. Alec came closer and stood beside her as she stared at the knife wall. “Sorry, what are you looking for?” Alec asked. “I dont know.” She said confusing Alec more. “You don't know?” Alec asked and Lilith shook her head. She was trying to keep her heart at bay as Alec stood beside her. “I’m looking for a weapon I can call my own, I want a new one.” Lilith said and Alec went forward. “What about a bow and arrow?” He asked and Lilith raised an eyebrow. “What are we in? The 17th century?” She asked and put the bow and arrows down and looked around. His eyes then caught something that he knew would be perfect for her. “How about these?” Alec said picking up twin daggers and Lilith’s eyes lit up. Alec definitely had

Lilith and Astrid were watching from the widow of the doors and smiled. They had been through a lot together. "They'll be okay." Lilith said and Astrid couldn't agree more. They saw from the windows that the two kept talking with such love in their eyes, so they decided to leave them alone. The 3 left and only 2 remained. Malakai still had yet to ask about the situation of the agency, Elijah and all the rest of it. But it could wait, he wanted to spend time with his girlfriend first. I mean, his life flashed before his eyes, he could've died. He was so close to dying and his only thought was Eden. He needed to make sure he stayed with Eden, protected her. Loved her. "I told you not to go." Eden said, pouting and sighed. Eden wouldn't let it go for the past 10 minutes. "I had to. Look at the bright side. I was able to stop them." Malakai said back. “No you weren't, he escaped and I had to go after him, again, meaning your attempt was useless.” Eden said, rolling her eyes.“Well

The blond started to stir awake, her eyes fluttering as she got used to the light and he saw her boyfriend staring down at her. She wouldn't mind waking up like this every day for the rest of her life. She smiled and greeted him."Good morning baby." Malakai beat her to it, his deep morning voice giving Eden chills. "Good morning." She said back and put her arm over the other. "Sleep okay?" Malakai asked and Eden just nodded. "What about your stitches?" Eden asked, becoming worried and looking at Malakai's stomach to see the bandage. It seemed okay. "It's okay baby, I just need to change the bandage, stop worrying." Malakai said finding it endearing how much Eden was looking after him. "I can't help it, I'll be your personal doctor if you want." She said with an innocent face and Malakai smiled and nodded. "I never asked, how has everything been? Y'know, the whole mess with Elijah?" Malakai asked. He tried to put it off, he really did but he couldn't help it. "Work? Seriously?
