Lahat ng Kabanata ng Wrong Night With Fated Mate: Kabanata 91 - Kabanata 100

(Ashley’s POV).It has been five days since we were back home in Amberose City. A lot has to be done for me to complete the submission to enter the design competition. I had Cindy staying over at my place so we could finish up the drafts on time to meet the deadline. My apartment was getting a little crowded with Drake and Frankie too sleeping over at the couch in my living room. They were taking turns to watch over the surroundings of my place at night. Nikolai was not comfortable with the security of the whole apartment building.“Honey, why don’t I take Teddy to school so you could focus on your work” Nikolai walked behind me and wrapped his hands around my waist while I was frying some pancakes for everyone.“That would be nice but you know that you are not that well-liked by the teachers at the school. I can take him. It is not that far” I placed the pancakes on the plate and pecked his lips. “And, don’t you have work to do? I heard you on the phone last night talking about a me

(Nikolai’s POV).I checked my handphone and realised Ashley had sent me several text messages. I smiled to myself seeing how much she cared for me. I wondered why was she so excited to have dinner with me that night. We have dinner together every night.I hoped she liked the flowers I sent to her. I found out from little Teddy that she loved roses too.I then took a moment to respond to her messages while waiting for Gloria to come out from the washroom. She was taking a little longer than expected. We needed to talk.Something that she said had bothered me much and I needed to know what happened to us almost a decade ago. Perhaps what Gloria needed was for some closure on how we ended things.Gloria was my past and I was looking forward for my future with Ashley. Of course, I could not forget my first love with Gloria. We did have some good times together in the past. But, we were not meant for each other. We were two different persons who wanted different things. I had moved on fro

(Ashley’s POV).It was already noon. I was sure Nikolai was already awake from his deep sleep at my apartment. I had asked Teddy to not wake him up. Even though I was still not happy of him breaking a promise he made to me but looking at him sleeping at the couch, I was a little happy that at least he came back home to us.I decided to wait till he opens up about telling me on who was that woman he had seen intimate with at the café a day before. I hope it was nobody important in his life. Before I left the apartment to send Teddy to school, I had even cleared the kitchen table and prepared him a simple breakfast. I smiled seeing him ate what I had cooked for him last night. I hoped he liked it.Whatever it was going on between us, I had decided to push it aside and focus on my business. I needed to impress my new client and was on my way to meet her at The Rose Hotel.Money was a little tight for my business and I still owed Nikolai for the expensive materials I had purchase using h

(Ashley’s POV).Nikolai was out of control and it was embarrassing. I did not want to make Philip’s mother, Flora uncomfortable. So, I had gestured for Nikolai to follow me out of the private room to have our little chat.Outside, he tried to hold my hand but I took steps back. For some reason I could not explain to him, I felt that I needed some space from him. “What are you doing here, Nikolai?”“What am I doing here? I’m your boyfriend. I should be asking you what you are doing here with your ex-fiancé and his mother” he said with gritted teeth and punched a wall next to him.I gasped as it was a hard punch. He was looking angry and I wanted him gone.“Nikolai! Stop this. Go away. I don’t want you to be here. I’m working and Queen Flora is my client, not Philip” I sighed and shook my head. “At least Philip never lied to me. It was Helen’s doing. But you.. I don’t know whether I could trust you”“What?” he scoffed and ran his hand across his hair, “You are on his side now, Ashley?

(Nikolai’s POV).“Block all flights out from Amberose City that Ashley is booked for. I need you to find her and bring her back. You got that!” I called Drake while I walked to my car to find Ashley. I knew she was not going to get that far away from me.I would f*cking take her to Paris myself, if that was where she was planning to go. I had lost Ashley once and I vowed not to lose her again. I would find a way to get her back in my arms.“Niko, there you are. We have been trying to call you. Something came up” Ivan came to me before I got into my car to find Ashley. I did ignore his calls as I had a more urgent thing to do.Ashley froze my body for an hour. I could not believe she would do such thing to me. But, perhaps I did deserve that from her.I did not know what came to my mind when I hurt her friends. Drake would kill me if he found out I had hurt his woman. I wondered what he sees in Cindy. A Human, weak and fragile. There must be something special about Cindy that made him
