Semua Bab TRUTH OR DARE: Bab 171 - Bab 180

DANII wake up at noon. Please don't judge me. Judge this baby growing inside me. All I do is eat and sleep and watch TV nowadays.I drag myself out of bed and go straight to the kitchen. I make a quick sandwich and gobble down two glasses of milk. I make another sandwich and make my way to the livingroom. I toss myself on the couch and switch on the TV. As I bite on the sandwich, I can't help but smile to myself. Living alone is absolute bliss. I can sit how I want on my couch. I can sleep how I want on my bed. I can eat whatever the fùck I want. I can fart and poop and scream and sing how loud I want without feeling embarrassed or like I'm disturbing someone. I mean sometimes it can get a little lonely and the bed can get cold at night but it's worth it. Sometimes I miss Damien and I wish he was cooking in my kitchen but I know that will never happen. That man hates me. And he's soon going to be someone's husband. The sooner I get him out of my head, the better!I flip through the

DANIRage roars through me when the door shuts.I dash to the kitchen and grab Damien's plate of food. I storm out of the house and chase him down the hallway. "Damien?"He turns around and I throw the food at his face. The chicken soup and rice drips down his face, some of it splashing on his shirt."Fùck you!" I snap. "Fùck you for messing with my head! Fùck you for your fùcking foolish mind games! Fùck you for toying with my fùcking feelings whenever you feel like it! I never want to see your fùcking face ever again! I wish you nothing but the worst in life! You and your wife! I hope your marriage feels like a constant migraine and drives you to madness!"I turn around, still holding the plate and walk back to the house. I glance at the hallway and Damien has vanished. I rush to the window and watch him speed off in his car. Strangely, this feels like the last time I'll ever see him. And somehow, that makes me burst into tears. For a moment there, I thought I finally had my Damien

DANIone month later,"And the winner is..." Molly Mae pauses. "Dani Fox!"Thunderous claps burst in the room. A heavy rain of confetti pours down on the stage. Everyone is screaming my name. Molly walks towards me with a huge smile and gives me the golden trophy. Stella Stone is glaring at me from the corner.I take the microphone and stand on the centre stage to give my speech."Thankyou so much for the -"Damien appears out of nowhere and grabs the golden trophy from my hand. He pushes me and takes the microphone. My heart stops. The audience gasps in shock."I think we can all agree that murderers don't deserve trophies like these." He chuckles. "This woman right here killed my Mom's driver and left him to die on the road. And it doesn't stop there. She put my mother in a coma and nailed her to the wheelchair. She shouldn't be winning "Best designer of the year" awards. No. She should be winning "Worst person on the planet" awards! If a person like her wins an honourable award lik

VANESSAI turn on the other side of the bed and groan in pain.I have a stupid little migraine, thanks to the tanks of wine I drunk yesterday.I stretch my hand, looking for Damien. My favourite part of the morning is digging my hand in his soft messy hair. But I can't find his head. I can't find his body. His side of the bed is empty. He must be downstairs, making breakfast. I smile at the thought of him making breakfast for me. I sit up on the bed and start stretching, ready to make a quick trip downstairs.I gasp in shock when I see Damien, sitting on the couch. A cold dead stare on his face."Is it Halloween?" I chuckle. "You scared the shìt out of me.""Did you kill my sister?" He asks coldly. My stomach clenches. How the fùck did he know? Did Dani tell him? No, Dani couldn't have told him. She knows that he wouldn't believe him. They don't even talk to each other anymore after the divorce was finalised. He blocked her number and completely forgot about her. There's no way it's

DAMIENThe car stops outside a blue sparkling skyscraper. When I step out of the car, I immediately recognise the hotel. The Blue Towers Hotel. Vanessa takes my hand as we walk towards the revolving glass doors. I wonder why she picked this particular spot for our date night. It's too far from home. We literally drove two hours to get here. And it's too crowded. There's too many people coming in and out. Since I moved away from the city, I hate crowded or busy places. They make me uncomfortable. And the second we get into the crowded elevator, I immediately know that it's going to be a long uncomfortable night. When we step out of the elevator, Vanessa grips my hand tight as we walk to a crowded room. Dozens of people in dashing suits and dresses are walking around with glasses clutched in their hands. One of the first things that grab my attention is the huge poster of a blue book with the title "ROONEY RUINED ME." There's also another huge poster of the author but I already know w
