JOSH POV I have to hide my smile and a chuckle behind my hands as I turn away from the group. I know laughing is the absolute WRONG reaction here, but I can’t help it, it’s funny as fuck. MADDIE POV Daddy and Josh stay out, walking around the packhouse and the pack for a few hours. The warriors I ordered to follow them report back to me every fifteen minutes. I was originally worried that Daddy would do something to Josh, because of the possibility of his rejection. But shockingly, he didn’t. They chatted all the while, like they are old friends.
