Semua Bab Mated To My Bully: Alpha’s Fated Love : Bab 31 - Bab 40

Freya immediately got up on her feet and hurried close to the door, then opened the door slowly. It was a scary thing to do, but she still needed to find out what was going on. But as she stepped out of the room, the gunshot stopped and everywhere seemed quiet.Freya carefully walked down the stairs, looking around so as not to be shot by someone when she least expected it. As she got to the bottom of the stairs, she wandered around the living room and didn't see any sign of gunshots all over the place.“Marie?” Freya called out to her as she started walking towards the same hallway which had different rooms.“Why is that the first place you always wander of to, Freya?” Marie questioned all of a sudden from Freya's back.Freya turned to look at her sharply. She wanted to respond to her, but she knew somehow, she still had to act like she was in control sometimes.“That isn't the right question to ask, Marie. I heard gunshots and had to come looking for you, but to my surprise, there i

Freya felt horrified and her heart was beating really fast as she felt that she had finally fallen into Marie’s trap.“No, no.” Freya said as she shook her head slowly.“Is there anything wrong?” Marie asked as she moved closer to her, then she poured her a glass of water. “Have this.” Marie offered her kindly. But Freya looked at her awkwardly especially as she noticed that she was no longer feeling pain in her stomach.“What just happened?” Freya asked, but her eyes were roaming around the floor as she was trying to understand what truly happened.“How? Did something wrong happen?” Marie asked Freya again. But Freya who had realized that she wasn't poisoned, but probably because she felt she could, a little pain from her stomach caused her to overreact.“No, never mind. The food is delicious.” Freya said and smiled.Since the food was without poison, she immediately gobbled it up due to how delicious it was and she kept nodding her head in approval of it's delicacy while eating. Freya looked back at Marie who was smiling wickedly.“Why would you care which way I choose to die, anyway? I'll rather not die in your hands.” Freya voiced out to her, but Marie frowned.“Get the hell away from there right now or I won't make your death an easier one.” Marie threatened in anger.Freya felt that for Marie to be so keen on not allowing her so close to the maze only meant that there was something important in there and she feels that there is a chance she might find it.“You are not the one to choose how I'll die.” Freya said in between her teeth and stepped in, then closed the door shut.Knowing that Marie might be able to find her easily in the maze, she started searching around if she would probably see a main power switch.“We must have been the most stressful guest she has ever had.” Her wolf uttered.“I bet. But this is going to be the end of her because she can't keep living around here and luring innocent people into the maze or getting them killed to her amusem

Freya’s PovSeeing him look at me with no expression on his face, I felt everything inside of me go tense and frozen. I couldn’t just tell what was going on in his head and what he could do to me if he got too mad.“You, Freya. Where. Have. You. Been?” He asked, saying the words one after the other. My fingers were beginning to tremble, but I took my hands to the back to ensure that he wouldn’t see it. If he saw my fingers trembling, then any word I was going to cook up for him, there was a high chance that he wouldn’t believe it or take it serious. But I wasn’t going to tell him of my journey to the other realm as I had no time to explain what could bring me more stress or trouble. With the kind of person that he is, he might want me to take him there to prove it or might even have ridiculous thoughts like leading the people there and calling it home.“Well, I’ve been in hell.” I responded with a straight face as well. And his eyebrows creased in confusion.“Hell? How?”“A few days a

Freya's Pov The next day, I woke up early with my mind still on what Logan told me. Alpha Daemon was still alive. The more I thought about it, the more my anger and fear got intense. That man traumatized me and seized the best moments I could ever have in my childhood days. He is the worst nemesis one could ever have, and just when I thought he was dead, I'm being told he's still alive, and worst of all, he wants me.“I rebuke for that moment to ever come.” I said under my breath and shook my head as I didn't want thoughts of him chaining me down again in his pack.“The next time we ever set our eyes on him as a pack, I hope Logan and some others drive a knife to his heart.” I said with clenched teeth.I didn't want to care if he was Xaden’s father because as long as he lived, he was going to continue to haunt me and make me feel like the only person with a horrible destiny.A knock came on the door and I brushed my hair to the back with my hands, feeling a little frustrated.
