MORRIGAN'S POV I rubbed my temples for the sixth time. My head throbbed so much I thought it was going to explode. The options blurred together, none of them good, they were all risky. “Goddess,” I mumbled, “please help me. I don't know what to do.” I paced a few steps,then stopped and tugged at my sleeves. My chest tightened. Everytime I leaned towards a choice, the consequences of the other shouted louder. I was so tired, the eyebags under my eyes grew with each passing day. I barely slept. The dreams were getting worse, it was always a foggy place so I never knew where I was. And every single time I woke up I had injuries that occurred in the dream.
