ANA’S POV“Does it hurt?” I asked Logan, as I dabbed the cotton wool soaked in antiseptic on his chest. I didn’t know if what I was doing was actually helping, but I knew that the only thing I was trying to do was ease his pain. He was barely flinching even if his whole torso was practically covered in bruises. The only movement he was making was his jaw locking and unlocking. I didn’t want him getting hurt like this. ZACH’S POVI didn’t need some kind of sorcerer to tell me that Selene was up to something. And this time, it wasn’t just because of her twin mates that kept getting in the way. She was definitely planning something of some sort. And I had to get to the bottom of it. It was already depressing enough that Rowan was supporting her. I couldn’t even deal with it at all. It was all too much to take in. But then, I was Zachary. There was nothing that went past me. I didn’t know how she wasn’t already smitten. ANA’S POVI finally allowed Logan to head back to whatever he wanted to do in the early hours of the morning. The both of us could barely sleep at night with Len banging on the door all through the night. I didn’t know if he was disturbing anyone else with the noise, but he was definitely disturbing me. At some point, I thought he was going to break down the door. But as soon as the sun rose, I was more than grateful that I made it through. And I tapped Logan immediately, giving him the permission to leave. I was even scared of leaving him out there alone. I didn’t know what Len could do to him.He no longer saw Logan as his brother, and that was a fact.
