Ten minutes later, Kat and I hurried down the stairs, me in a brown button down skirt that I paired with a black and white striped shirt and black ballet pumps with a little silver bow on them that Aunt Sarah had got me. Kat was wearing the same outfit but she had switched out her black leather jacket for my brown one. I learnt two things from my first morning session for the AAP;1) I am not fast.2) I am not strong.Two things I was actually quite aware of before actually.The second portion of the training was to test our strength and while all the other candidates did more than the bare minimum, I was left in complete humiliation as I struggled with the challenges Lieutenant Raphael offered.At some point, Lieutenant Raphael even let me stop earlier than the rest probably because he thought I would hurt myself.It's honestly a miracle that I didn't.I walked to my locker too tired and sore to mind that people were still staring and whispering.In addition to the physical torture, we got our AAP IDs. They were supposed to reap a whole lot of benefits but I honestly didn’t care.
