Lahat ng Kabanata ng Alpha, I Won’t Let You Banish Me Again: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

Merry was still unconscious when she was brought to her room. The doctor said that it might be because of stress and advised us to let her rest in the hospital for a day or two to be observed. I looked at Merry’s unconscious form, trying to see if there was something inside me that would stop me from making this final decision, but there wasn’t.“I came as soon as I heard,” Kelly’s father said, panting. “What happened?”“She fainted,” I started to say, “She kept on starting a fight with Kelly–.”“Kelly’s here?” He asked in surprise. Of course, he doesn’t know. “Yes,” I replied. “She is taking care of Aiden. Aiden was hurt from his last mission.”“Aiden was hurt?” I could hear the sadness in his voice, but it surprises me that he doesn’t know a thing about his real children. I know that after Kelly was banished, Aiden left their home. I was just not expecting that he also cut ties with his father. “Anyways, I called you here to tell you that this would be the last time I would tole

“Thank you so much for helping my sister out,” My brother said as Mateo helped him sit in his wheelchair. “It’s always my pleasure,” Mateo replied with a smile as my brother looked at me, giving me a sign that he approves of Mateo. “So, Mateo, are you single?” He asked from nowhere. “Aiden!” I shouted at my brother, making Mateo chuckle.“I’m still single,” he replied as he started pushing my brother’s wheelchair towards his room.“Actually, I have offered myself to Kelly several times already. But she kept on rejecting me.”“Did she?”I rolled my eyes as I heard my brother ask in a singsong voice, irritating me.I immediately opened the door to his room but found it empty. Mateo helped my brother get to his bed as I started calling Mika, but she was out of reach. “Where the hell are these two?” I said as I tried to call Mika again, only to reach voicemail again. “Maybe Lylia got hungry and Mika took her to the cafeteria,” my brother suggested as he settled on his bed. I know tha

LeoAfter my conversation with Aiden, my hope of having him as my ally was shattered. At first, I was angry at him for choosing Mateo instead of me. But once my anger subsided, I understood why he did that. It was all my fault. The next day, I went to the park near the hospital. Trying to clear up my mind from everything so I could think clearly. “Did you hear,” someone behind me half-whispered, I turned and found two nurses talking with each other, “that the father of one of the pups in the nursery isn’t really the father?”“Really?” The other nurse asked. “Really,” the first nurse confirmed. “When the pup came out, it didn’t look like its father. Do you know who it looks like?” “Who?” The other nurse asked. “The pup looks like the father’s best friend.” “Oh my god,” the other nurse exclaimed. “Then what happened?”An alarm sounded, and the first nurse sighed before telling the other nurse that she would tell her later after their shift. I didn’t know that those kinds of thin

I can’t believe that Lylia is now fighting for her life. If she just didn’t come to me. If she just stayed with her mom. None of this would have happened. I tried to save her. I rushed to save her, but because of the speed and her distance from me, I knew I would never reach her on time. I was glad for the first time that Mateo was there. And since we have known each other for a long time, he was able to see my plan even without talking. I went straight for the car, while Mateo’s focus was on Lylia. I leaped and shifted in the air and dropped directly in front of the speeding car. The impact of the car hitting my body was nothing compared to the strength of its aftershock that made a young child like Lylia fly in the air. I did everything I could to make sure that I stopped the speeding car, while I watched Mateo leaping into the air as he caught Lylia. I know that this is not the right thing to say, but I am glad that we are in the hospital’s vicinity, and that they were able

I have done a lot of shitty things in my life, but this was the worst. “In case you forgot, you banished me! You left me and Lylia to die! If Mateo and Alejandro didn’t see us, we would have died. We wouldn’t be here right now!” I paused my heart racing with so much anger. “And you dare ask me why I didn’t tell you? Do you really deserve to be called Lylia’s father? I don’t think so.” Those words haunt me. I watched Kelly's back as her words played on replay in my head. “Do you remember the time when you rejected me?” Kelly asked as she dug her index finger into my chest. “I was supposed to tell you then, but instead of giving me a chance to tell you, you rejected me and chose Merry. But that was not enough, you placed me in jail for something that I didn’t do.”“You pushed Merry!” I shouted, “You killed my child!” “Do you have proof?” She challenged. “Did you see me push her? Or all you have is what Merry told you? You threw everything that we had shared just because she told yo
