I stare out my window watching the clouds go by pondering on just how much my life is about to change. Hi, I’m Nova, I’m from the Black Diamond pack, I’m 17 and the youngest person to be accepted into Winter Gardens Academy. Usually it would only ever be a dream to be accepted into this college, it’s reserved for the elites in our world. Yet all because of one meeting to help our Alpha negotiate with neighbouring packs again I was noticed. Yes, I slipped up and I didn’t mean to say out loud what the other Alpha was thinking I am only ever meant to mind link our Alpha, Alpha Mark, what the others in the room are thinking. I caught the eye of the Sapphire Pack’s elder, he noticed it the most and asked me about my ability after the meeting, and well before I know it I got a scholarship to the college. Alpha Mark was obviously furious he was losing someone from the pack with my ability, but he also couldn’t go against the elders proposal especially when he is the right hand man of our

The plane lands smoothly and my stomach start to turn. The nerves and reality of what is happening is starting to sink in. My dad went missing when I was around 1 years old. He hasn’t been reported dead, but there’s no reason to think otherwise as we haven’t heard from him for 16 years… so yeah just me and mum, she’s the head of all the omega’s now” I give a small smile before taking another bite. “What’s your family like?” “Ah yes I guess you don’t know too much about the noble family’s. So like I said before we are known for our intel gathering for the Sapphire Pack. Nothing really gets past us! I have my mum, dad, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. We are a pretty large family and I have a number of aunts and uncles who also have multiple children. I guess it’s why we are good to gather intel there are so many of us we are the 2nd largest noble family apart from the Tanner’s” “The tanners?!” “Oh yeah they are a big warrior fami
