All Chapters of Princess and her four Princes : Chapter 31 - Chapter 40

~Mosley~I've never seen Asad in a mood shittier than today, which must be a world record breaker of some kind.He storms into my personal apartment, since I'm not ready to move into our mate-pack apartment yet, like all of them. The fact that I'm not a caster doesn’t mean that I don’t have standard magic wards placed in my apartment to ward off anybody stepping into my space without my permission. But knowing Asad, the powerful blood Fae that he is, my standard protection wards are nothing but a joke to him, and now that he has surfed past them, they’ll definitely become weaker and will remain so until he leaves.Fucking blood Fae!Slamming the door behind him, he glowers at me. “Where is she?”I don’t bother looking up from my tablet as I'm going through a couple of family business emails.“That’s weird,” I tell him, still focused on my tablet. “Usually, Jayan is the one to throw fits. Not handling our new mate well, Asad Mort?”A warning pulse of magic flickers through the room, ma

~Mosley~   The male Noble seated beside me has joined the others in gathering ingredients for their practical, so my mate takes his seat. Today, she’s in a brown long-sleeved cotton dress that looks far bigger than her tiny frame. Her hair hangs loose around her, framing her face as she quirks a brow at me. “Well?” Formulating a sentence around her is so damn hard, but I clear my throat and look out the window, hoping like hell that I look indifferent… instead of how I really feel, which is eager to give her anything in the world she wants. Seriously, as soon as I sort out the details about her life that are bugging me and make sure being with her won't pose any form of harm to either of us, whether she accepts being my mate or not, I’m going to spoil Bethany in every possible way.

~Bethany~ “Bethany Metrov,” she calls in a voice full of spit. “Yeah?” She winks at me. “I was clearly wrong about you. You might be from the trenches and a nobody, but you've got some heavy balls. I hear you disjointed most of Mikah’s bones during your class training, embarrassing her in front of the new Nobles.” Is that what this is about? I suppose I should have anticipated Mikah’s friends getting pissed off. I’m sure Tamara is just another Noble who would like to see me dead. She’s probably approaching me like this to get a better read on me, trying to study me up close to decide a good way of killing me off later. Good luck with that. “Yes, I did. Do you have a problem with that?” I ask. “Hell, no,” she s

~Bethany~I’ll leave tomorrow to hunt down Ferguson. That means I'll need a car if I really wish to get to the outskirts of town as fast as possible.I could steal a car, but this shithole of a place has cameras in the garages. Although I can still make something work, it's really going to take much of my time, and time is something I don’t fucking have. With a sigh, I call Zuri.My line is a new one, and once she notices I'm the one calling, she screams in excitement.I dived into a rundown on how I got the phone and regretted it instantly.“So, one of your boys got you a godsdamn machine as a phone? Omg, Beth! Your boys are all the right colors of green. Now tell me, which one do you think you’ll fuck first?” She chirps. “Because my bets are on Mosley. I know you said you’re just trying to use him to make the others jealous, but I really think you have a thing for that hot icy elemental. Wait, is he cold to the touch? Because if he is, and Jayan is extra warm, then maybe you could ge

~Asad~I've always thought the ghosts in my head would push me to insanity, but right now, I have no doubt my mate might beat them to it.Bethany’s behavior is erratic, and her personality is impossible to make sense of.One day, she ignores every attempt to get her attention and refuses to let me heal her, which drives me fucking insane. The next day, her tongue is like the sharp edge of a new blade, and every word out of her mouth cuts deep into the skin. It’s almost like she’s actively trying to hurt me as hard as she can, every single opportunity she gets. But then, there are moments when I catch hints of a different Bethany, who is working so hard to conceal her true emotions.I can’t tell what’s a lie and what’s the truth with her. She shattered potions that took me hours of blood and sweat to make, ignores my calls and texts, even though Olyon already confirmed that she has every single one of us on speed dial. The gods help me because even with everything she's done to hurt me,
