Esme felt a pang of pain in her heart when she saw Noah escorting Nicole inside the auditorium alongside Russell Delano. The boy she grew up with, the man she is engaged to, and the friend with whom she shared her every secret with is now hating her like she is his enemy.

Esme left the campus feeling heavy hearted despite proving Nicole's vicious plan. She hoped that Noah would atleast see Nicole for who she is. But sadly, he didn't. Esme noticed that no matter what, he never lose his composure. He shows nothing on his face. Just like her dad. 'Must be a habit from their Navy days' she thought. Esme knows the reason behind his question. Its a sin to just draw a blue print with out learning the particulars and preferences of the customer and the project before. Its not professional either. After Noah threw a party, i was more curious, so i read everything I could find about this project. I know the C and J group launched another project to compete with this project. They are trying to complete their project first in order to win more clients. As both are residential buildings, the competition seems tough" she explained.

Esme found herself feeling out of place in the high end restaurant they are sitting in. The decor is rich and so are the people around her.
