I began to panic. I remember that I did not leave the hotel building in the first place, mostly because I did not want to save myself without Kai. “Did you see my brother?! Did you, by any chance, see Kai?!”. I grabbed his hand as I asked him. Though I realized that my question didn't make sense. If he had seen Kai when he took me to this hospital, then Kai would have been here with us. Michael stared at his hand, making me realize. “Oh”. Hearing him say this to me, I began to feel my trouser pockets, searching for my cell phone and Kai's cell phone. I had put both of them inside my jogger's pockets when the mess about the hotel was going on. Because I could not find both cell phones, and because I had come to realize something, I turned to stare at Michael.“What? Who did you just say had called me?”.
