chapter 1

HonourCampbellThe same morning......Left.Right.All clear.Opening the door completely, I was about to leave for the task of my day when a groan caught my eye.I looked at the source of the painful voice and discovered that Nutella was looking at her tail. My poor baby. I stepped on her hairy tail."Where is Papa, Nutty?" I cooed my Bernese Mountain bitch.Wagging her tail, she transformed herself into an alert girl and looked to the right side. And it made me realize what she was doing on the floor. Papa made her sit and wait while he sat quietly on his cosy chair with his morning herbal tea, which he learned online."You were late, last night." The way he stated the statement was awful. Despite the deadline, I was outside last night. That was a good goal, though. I was helping Star, the only friend I had. She needed help while other employees went off. There was no way I could leave her. She's got to deal with Hope, and without Liam, it gets dramatic. Our Hope is Dad's daughter.

chapter 2

HonourCampbellWhen I informed Fabrizio of my urgency, he led me to the Campbell Circle. Yes, circle. I have six older siblings who work in five different occupations. Each one has their own building and all the building is built together in such a way that it forms a complete circle, along with one extra building for my parents while leaving the mid-portion empty for common cafeteria.Thanking the Spanish boy who runs my Papa's fruit sale by himself, I ran to meet Derek Campbell. I was confused, what the big deal was. Derek Campbell never reached out to me. I was taken aback by his voice. In fact, he had my number. When I got hit by the heavy water drop, I jogged faster. I was still far from building the man who started the Campbell company... his wine brand, especially sparkling wines. I wanted to call them Champagne but we can't name them Champagne because they're not made in Champagne, a place in Italy. The grey clouds surprised me, I have astraphobia. These grey clouds indicate

chapter 3

ChandlerLyonsI stared at the uncalled grey clouds with anger. Perfect timing. The honeyed water from the clouds fell on the heads of people, who rushed away from the road. The population panicked as if it were a shower of stones rather than tiny droplets of water in the middle of a busy morning.Aww.Aww.I heard. She cried every time raindrops touched her head. Her goal was insignificant, one step at a time. Baby steps. She was so scared. Definitely because of her job. But the girl looks like a child. What's the kid doing here? Perhaps in the internship, maybe part-time.Her loose jeans, her oversized grey wet t-shirt quickly hug embrace the curves of her body. Damn!! It is a woman. A nymph. That petite body is an illusion. She owns curves. Addicting curves. Damn curves. She kept murmuring something, and with her eyes closed, she looked up. Ignoring the public, "I hate you." She shouts loud and clear.I looked above, only to encounter an open sky and understood that she had somethi

chapter 4

HonourCampbellMy meeting turned into a family gathering and now my two older brothers Liam and Travis are sitting next to me with a sullen face. Both look at their watches every few minutes and scream at their Personal assistant every half hour. That was provocative for Travis because Liam's assistant is Iris. The two brothers stare at each other, before concentrating on their laptops. They are not the ones who have a job; I have a job as well. I promised Star that I would help, and now I'm here. Until my parents finish the meeting, so we can MEET. Something didn't make sense. I've never been in this building, and all of a sudden I'm invited to the boardroom for a 'FAMILY' meeting."You didn't respond, How do you know Chad?" Travis asked me again.I took a breath of frustration. I already answered that I don't know Chandler Lyons or any Chad, but Travis is not ready to accept. Thanks to the past."Who is Chad? Interrupted Liam."Chandler Lyons." Travis was staring at me."And what a

ChanceWhitfieldAs I groaned from sleep, I felt the soft hand wrap around my chest. Last night was a long night for her and too short for me. I wanted more of her. Careful, I took her hands off and went to the bathroom. The bath just after awakening was not my habit, and it's noon too. I need to get to the office before Dad loses his cool. Chase can handle it, yet he regards Chase as a child. I don't get why dad underestimates Chase.I was looking for the suit when I came across a note.Have a bath or you'll smell like sex.I chuckled. She knows me better than everyone else. I left the wardrobe and looked for her in the room. She was never there. Must be in guest room. Wearing a towel, I went to see her. I was right about this. She was in the bathroom.Following her advice, I bathed, I carried the darkest piece of cloth I found in my wardrobe, and I was ready to intimidate the people who dared to challenge me.I assumed she should be finished with her bath. I reheated last night's ch

chapter 6

HonourCampbell"It hurts," I complain to my five-year-old niece, Hope who was busy brushing her Barbie's hair."Where's boo-boo?" Her amber eyes, the same as her father, Roy was clouded with concern."There's no boo-boo..." I put my tongue out to tease Hope. "I never liked heels.""But you'll look tall like Mom." She pouted."I am tall... I am 5 feet tall. I don't need those 3-inch heels." I removed the new heels and packed them.We did our everyday routine, Hope sang her rhymes while I followed her. We went through our homework together. Yes, homework. Even I am studying. I will apply for my WSET level 3 soon, and then... level 4. My best sister-in-law, Star and Papa are ready to support me, but I'm not sure if I should ask for their support or not. They already did more than enough for me.Star was busy, so I helped Hope prepare for her weekend with her daddy. I double-checked the bag and everything was perfect. Our flawless Hope was ready to meet her daddy.Hope was helping to pac

chapter 7

ChandlerLyons"Who is she?" Keegan asked when he came to the conference room with me.Rather than answer, I focused on setting up my laptop for the conference. I am with a lot of SHE and I am sure that he does not want the information on all of SHE that, once I was with. He wants to know about only one SHE. So he needs to specify which one SHE was referring to?I could explain this to him, but right now, this conference is important."The woman wearing blue... with Whitfield," Keegan said again."Campbell girl," I replied."Campbell has a daughter?" Keegan got caught. Even I'd be surprised that she's Campbell."I don't believe she is a Campbell, except for the hair colour that matches Derek." I indirectly agreed that I did a small research on my teasing nymph."I hope you stay away from the family." I heard his discomfort. It means he knows about the call for tenders. He knows I'm thinking about Travis Campbell for the job. But who said anything to my best friend? That's my own busin

chapter 8

HonourCampbell"I hate you," I screamed at the grey clouds, which made fun of me with thunder."It will hate you more. Kiddo." I heard a deep voice chuckling. This is a man, who is laughing at me."I am not a kid." I groan like a frustrated child, without looking at the silhouette behind me. People looked at me like I was a kid. For crying out loud, I'm already 18. I'm an adult, I know what's bad and what's good."Why don't you stop somewhere? It's going to take time, kid." He really advised me when I was walking away.I turned around and found myself in front of the garage. Dark one. My fears came to the surface. The presence of a stranger didn't help my case. I'm already late, and I was worried about Nana and Papa. They're my safety net. Only family I ever had. But I knew this would help every one of us."Mr......" I walked into the new temporary shelter and looked around to call him. I had little hope, but I had no option. I had to take this risk. It's raining like crazy. I'm terr

chapter 9

HonourCampbellPushing the trolley, I whistled for Nutella. She run towards me but soon beat me and left me alone to pull the trolley to the sorting table next to the Wine cellar that has a capacity of holding just 500 bottles. Rest bottles are in the cellar near the city. The sky is about to get dark, and I should be home with Papa. I do not fear the dark, because the vineyard is always filled with workers. They will help me, whenever I will ask. We give them a place to stay here as we need guards to secure our vineyards. Papa told me the story of how a thunderbolt hit the only Oaktree and the whole 20 acres of vineyards about to turn into ashes, but it was saved. Now it's thriving and twice as large.Leaving the wagon at the sorting table, I picked up my bike and whistled back to Nutella. She barked to announce her whereabouts as I was still calling to inform her of my position. Soon I heard her paws beating on the ground to get to me.Like a good girl, Nutella was waiting for her

chapter 10

ChandlerLyons"Why do my siblings hate you?" I was blown away by her question. She's no relative of Campbell, SHE'S A CAMPBELL. They are her brothers. So why doesn't she resemble any of them? She's the only one with the same hair as her father... Derek Campbell.I looked at her to come up with the answer to my question. Maybe she got adopted into the family. I don't think she's Campbell. Despite my claim to move from past events, I'm still stuck with my resentment toward the family. No Campbell is ever innocent. If she's a Campbell, that means the old man is a Campbell as well. I didn't read the name of the property when I walked in. Shit!! I am in a Campbell property. I'm a fool, I paid Rogers to investigate for her address, but not for her details. Rogers is precise when it comes to words. He does what he's asked to do, nothing more."Are you their sister?" I eventually managed to form words... more precisely a statement. Please my nymph say no."Well, I'm the youngest." She was sc
