Lahat ng Kabanata ng My ex-husband’s nightmare: Kabanata 191 - Kabanata 198

Lydia News of Victoria's true identity spread like wildfire across the city. The truth about her sweeps the city like a storm. No one expected her, the woman who had once adored Julia to orchestrate her death. The police issued an arrest warrant for her, and Mason's men went to the house, but she wasn't there. Victoria disappeared from the face of the earth and was declared wanted. The past three weeks felt like an eternity. First, I lost my mother, then found out some shocking truth. It was finally time for justice and Victoria had disappeared. I felt my blood boil as I thought of it. Maybe it was wrong to post about it before the arrest, maybe not. However, if one thing was sure, it was my confidence that we were going to find her. I would use all the resources I have to find her. “You’ve been so quiet,” Marcus said, bringing me out of my trance. I had almost forgotten that he was in front of me. Marcus arrived in the city yesterday. He told me he had been terribly sick, whic

Victoria *Twenty-one years ago* When I met Mason’s father, Sam, I knew he would be my husband. This man, who yields power and control, was handsome, tall, cold, and most importantly, wealthy. He was the most attractive man in the city, every woman wanted him. I knew I fell on the list of women he'd never want, especially with my middle-class family background. His family may not accept me. So, I had to come up with a plan. It started at a party. I had access through my friend whose family was on par with the Woods. That was where we met, one splashed on his white shirt, one touch, one kiss and the rest was history. They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, well, permit me to add one more way, through his dick. Nothing beats good sex and I was good at it. He loved being dominant, so I surrendered to him, both in bed and out of bed. No man has ever given me as much pleasure as he did. Raw and sweet. I knew our relationship was not going to last, I was just one of th

Lydia I rushed towards my car, my legs felt weak, and my entire body shook as I covered the distance. I have never felt so much fear in a long time. My heart beat faster than before, my entire body shook. With shaky hands, I dialled Mason’s number. It didn't connect. Why wasn't it connecting? I was mad at the phone, mad at the car which refused to start. I hopped down. I had other cars, but I couldn't go back to get the keys so I ran to the gate, got out and ran as fast as my legs could carry me. I was in the sitting room the entire time, so I couldn't fathom how the kids had been taken away. I should have stayed with them. If I had, then no one would have come close. I hailed the first cab I saw. Getting a cab here was an unusual occurrence but I was in no position to mind. I gave him the address and the man hummed without saying a word. The car sped into the night, but no matter how fast the car was I urged the driver to go faster. I had to be there before she hurt the twins. I

Lydia Liam and Melanie smiled as they walked down the aisle in the garden, Liam in a suit and Melanie white dress. They held hands just like Mason and I did. It has been three months since Victoria's death. Her burned body was found in that house and laid to rest in the Woods’s private cemetery. Mason and I decided to renew our vows. I love this man, and he has chosen me, too. It was my idea which he readily accepted. On both sides were friends and family. They were a few, the closest we had. My eyes caught Marcus and Zoe at the side. While Zoe stood clapping and cheering like the others, Marcus was busy placing a flower on her hair while staring lovingly at her. Mason had not accepted their relationship initially, he wasn't convinced of Marcus's sincerity. But the past three months was enough proof to even a blind man that what Marcus felt for Zoe was real. Mason had no choice but to give his consent. Mason and I stood face to face in front of everyone. He stared into my eyes as
