A/N: There'll be a little bit of interaction in Italian in this chapter. The English translation follows immediately after each sentence in Italian. I hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you for reading!VIVIANNETaking my hand, he helped me out of the car. I had helped him install the Instagram app and even created an account for him. But posting the picture was not my job. His words, not mine."How do you know about this place again?" I asked turning to face him. He closed the car door before shrugging saying, "I heard a few locals talking about it earlier on our walk. They said it's good.""So how do you know the direction?" I asked him raising a brow."Well, I obviously asked them." He replied gently tapping my nose.I nodded my head slowly, looking up at the restaurant. It looked like a family restaurant, well, that was the name. "Ristorante per Famiglie" was written in Neon lights that shone brightly."It seems to be a very popular restaurant," I commented, as we walked i

They set out of the apartment by 8AM to join the tour bus. The bus was filled with foreigners like themselves who wanted to familiarise themselves with the city.Russell and Vivianne were dressed in simple, yet elegant outfits. Vivianne dressed in a short, blue, halter-neck, free gown that stopped above her knees. On her feet were a pair of brown flat sandals, and the sun hat she had worn the day before sat on her head.Russell, dressed to couple with her, was dressed in a blue light shirt, beach shorts, and slippers. He had sunglasses on his face to shield his face from the sun apart from the tons of layers of sunscreen that his girlfriend had heaped onto his face before they set out that morning.Last night's conversation was still fresh in Russell's mind as he watched Vivianne hum happily while the bus wheeled across the streets of Italy. His heart ached whenever he remembered how much she cried the night before. So much so that he had to hold her the entire night. He was worried

With a sigh, Vivianne slumped on the bed. Russell wasn't going to arrive until later in the evening while she was done with the day's job in the afternoon. She had waved at Shania before they parted ways. Shania was staying at the allocated place for the staff of the shoot. Vivianne had a room there too, but since she was already living with Russell, she didn't stay in the apartment. She dragged her body to the bathroom, took a shower, and had Lunch. Right on cue, her phone pinged with an Instagram notification.Already knowing who it was, she placed the bowl of cereal on the table beside her phone, taking the phone in the place of the bowl of cereal. The message was from Russell and she already knew due to the notification tone that had rang when the message came in. R: Back from work?V: Not too long ago. Just took a shower.R: What are you planning to eat for Lunch? V: A bowl of Cereal. Russell sent an eye-rolling emoji, making Vivianne reply with a smile emoji. The bubbles popp

VIVIANNE"Excuse me," I said to Shania, taking a step away to pick up Eugene's call. It was the following day after he came to ours, seeking advice. And he was here to surprise her, as he had said."Hello," I said, placing the phone to my ear."Where is she?" He asked instead of responding to my greetings."She's here. Where are you?" I asked whispering into the phone."Close by. I think I can hear your voice." He said, and just then, I saw him walking toward me up ahead."I see you," I said waving my hand. He waved back at me, before dropping the phone from his ear to hang up. I waited till he caught up with me. In his hand was a bouquet of flowers that looked pleasant to look at."With the flowers and all huh?" I teased with a wide smile."Do you think it's too much? Do you think she'll know I want to ask her to be my girlfriend? Do you think I'm being too obvious?" He rushed.Rolling my eyes, I shook my head negatively."You're not being anything. Would you like me to go and call

VIVIANNEThree days later, I was standing at Italy International Airport, waiting for Russell to be back with the drink. Suddenly, my vision blurred, and black dots appeared in my vision."Fuck." I muttered.Looking around, I noticed Russell wasn't anywhere near me, so I immediately opened my bag, popping two pills in my mouth, even with how dizzy I was feeling."Are you okay?" A voice came from beside me. I turned my head to see a man stretching a bottle of water to me."Fine," I whispered without taking it. I swallowed hard harshly to push the drug down my throat."Do you need water? You just took those pills without water.""I'm fine," I said sternly. Looking up ahead, I saw Russell coming towards me with a wide smile on his face and two cups of mango juice. I smiled weakly, swallowing hard again. The pill was stuck in my throat, and I knew it was cause there was nothing to push it down. He finally got to me and sat down beside me with a wide smile. Giving me one of the juice cups,
